Comfotable, relaxed atmosphere. Excellent friendly service; lounge was well maintained and cleaned at regular intervals

in using the lounge early morning would have enjoyed the experience more with the provision of some hot food, for the cost of the facilities.

i book the vip lounge every time me and my husband travel. we do travel a couple of times a year. i do recomment the lounge to my friends and family.

I would recomend using the lounge as it is relaxing and makes waiting for your flight much more enjoyable. All flight information is fully in view so no reason as to not getting to you gate on time.

Using the lounge meant that we were far more relaxed when boarding the plane. Would have appreciated more substantial food being available i.e possibly a sandwich even at slightly more cost.

Even though we arrived early in the morning, everything was up and running. The ambiance was factastic. Staff cheerful and courteous. Good selection of food and drink. All in all this was the perfect start to our holiday. Will definitely use again in the future.

Yet again we used your lounge to begin our holiday,it takes away all of the stress and panic of airports.

We look forward to using the liounge as a real treat to commence our holiday. We have used the lounges several times and witness a slip in service with the removal of toast and the lounge in Terminal One is very cold. Petty I know but it is important to be warm and to have nice but simple food for the cost.

Comfortable lounge with a well stocked bar and snacks. Plenty of space to relax on leather seats. Would certainly recommend as Larnaca airport is busy with limited facilities.

we have used this lounge on many occasions before and were horrified at the standard of dress of the people using the lounge on this occasion. it clearly states no shorts or football shirts on your website. i know that the other guests may not have booked through you but i would have thought it was standard policy for other companies to advertise it. as there were people in football shirts shorts and even flip flops. im afraid that i will not be using this lounge again as it ruined the start of our holiday.

Good but a more varied selection of ibbles and perhaps sandwiches could be put on...........

As above.The only problem that we had was the noisy hen party. Perhaps policy could be reviewed regarding groups and noise levels.However we still enjoyed the ambience being away from the main concourse and definitely will be using it again.

We travelled early morning, but the lounge was full and initially we were unable to get a window seat which we prefer. The tables were cleaned quickly,and efficiently and the food and drinks replenished regularly. Niggles were inconsiderate passengers talking loudly on mobile phones despite the notices requestng you not to,a general problem,hardly the fault of the lounge!

i use the lounges whenever possible they are a great way to chill out and get you ready for your holiday to begin, i always tell my friends to book the lounges if they can, and they have never been dissapointed and continue to use them as i do, by the time you have spent in the departure eateries and bars the cost of the lounge pays for itself, highly reccommended. will continue to use the lounges.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the airport terminal a lovely tranquil place to sit in comfort and enjoy a coffee, light breakfast, watch the news or read a magazine or just watch the sunrise over the runway as the planes land and take off. Have a drink or two to begin your holiday. This is definitely value for money and a great way to relax before boarding.

The lounge was small but adequate. The fact that the toilets were some distance away was a chore, and there could have been more variation in the food provided for breakfast.

The customer service was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Jars of Baby food would be good to have available too as an added extra like on the airlines.
