Bollin lounge was great comfort and had a great view for all to see. Would reccommend to anyone. Great way to start your holiday and great value for money. Customer service was very well done, treated well and was showed wre evrything was. Comfy start before plane journey and will be booking again when going on another holiday.

It was nice and quiet, the only thing that let my experience down was the lack of any decent snacks and mixers for spirits

The Bollin Lounge is average. Other lounges I have used (in other airports) have had much better facilities for a similar cost. There is snack food available such as cheese and biscuits, crisps, muffins, fruit etc, but nothing substantial. One of the reasons I pay for the lounge is in order to prevent paying the extortionate prices for food in the airport, so I was disappointed and left a little hungry! In other lounges, there has at least been sandwiches and sometimes hot food. The staff were very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the Bollin lounge did not achieve what I wanted from it.

We have used this lounge often, had to ask for some items to be restocked, previously staff were seen to be checking the room more often

excellent lounge, well stocked fridges with plenty of drinks to choose from. Plenty of snacks and as i was their from 5am cereal and croissants with dif preservatives were available which you dont get in alot of lounges. Plenty of comfy seats to choose from. Perfect way to start a holiday :)

we were made welcome by the staff on duty.there was a nice selection of snacks & drinks.a nice relaxing way to start our holiday.

After all the stress of check-in, security etc, I found the lounge a welcome oasis where I was able to relax in a very peaceful environment prior to boaring my flight. I will be using the lounge in the future.

great value for money very relaxed experience away from the hustle and bustle unlimited snacks and drinks and just a very relaxed atmosphere a fantastic start to our holiday

when flying from manchester airport i recommend you use the bollin lounge, worth every penny.

The lounge itself was clean and tidy, there was a number of people in already but even so it was not noisy or overcrowded, the only issues we did have was 1 the TV we wasn't allowed to switch channels as no-one wants to watch the BBC news before flying off on holiday, and petty as it my seem only having brown bread rolls, no good if you dont like them. Apart from that a great way to relax in a nice area before hitting the noise and maddness of trying to board your flight

Bottle of vodka was empty when we walked in, so we asked for it to be replenished! We were told it might be! They had all the other ingredients for bloody mary's but not the vital ingredient! By the end of our stay we had a couple of lemonades and a cereal bar! Total waste of time and money! Won't be using this lounge again!

The reason we allway book the bollin lounge is that you wait for you flight in comfort plus the the bonus of if you want a drink or a snack of any kind just help youself

Very comfortable and nice clean surroundings. Good choice of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Good selection of snacks.

Getting onto Broadband was a total NIGHTMARE but it was eventually achieved.

Snack options limited - little choice in the way of fruit. Pleanty of coffee/tea and a nice, relaxing atmoshphere. Shame it was quite a long walk to the loo!

A very pleasant hour and a half. We use these lounges whenever we fly.

Room could do with air conditioning. We sat in a corner next to the air vents and there was a distinct smell which was nauseating, we had to change seats.

Well worth the money, especially if you have time to kill before your flight.

Lounge gives a haven to relax from the hussle and bussle of the airport lounge but do not think it is value for money on an early morning flight would be more suited to later flight times.
