Pre-booking is akey factor.Makes whole thing run smoothly.Transfer goodout - had to wait a little on way back.Very good value.

This was excellent value for money. Staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend Cosmo to anyone and I myself look forward to booking with them in the future.

It was really simple to book online. The carpark is the closest to the airport, and so the transfer only took a couple of minutes. My car was brought up to the front door for my return. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I recoomend this service as it has proven reliable, efficent and reasonably priced. The staff seem hardworking and are generally courteous.

The checking in process is quick and easy staff are always helpful. No hanging about waiting on the transfer over. Driver is always friendly and helpful with luggage. Pick up on return is always punctual, driver is usually waiting on you at pick up point.

Overall i thought cosmo did an excellent job, my only complaint was the transfer from the pick up point back to my car was slow because there was a number of people returned at the same time and they only had one bus in use.

Quick transfer to airport, helpful staff. On return my car was close by. Booking online meant no hanging around waiting to pay. Will use again.

We parked our car and were booked in right away before being transferred to the terminal. On our return the minibus was waiting for us and we were able to collect our car within minutes and be on our way home. Booking and paying online definately speeded the process up.

I regularly use Cosmos when parking at Belfast International; they have always been pleasant to deal with, provide a prompt and efficient transfer to & from the terminal building and represent better value for money than their competitors bearing in mind their proximity to the terminal building.

The driver of the bus was not able to lift luggage from the bus.He just dropped luggage on to ground forcefully.My husband told him he would lift our bags himself.

It would be helpful to have a poster with the phone number in the airport - we had mislaid the contact number and had no means of finding it -fortunately we did not have to wait long for the transport

The staff were polite, cheerful and prompt, the transfer swift. The car was nearby on our return. Just the job after a long flight. Second or third time I have used Cosmo. I will use them again.

We have been using Cosmo for years and have always had excellent service. We will continue to use this carpark in the future.

Speedy and efficient enough - the only problem was the lack of manners of some clients in rushing on to the bus on the return trip from the airport. A queueing system may be required ( like a bus stop).

Totally speedy and straightforward. No hanging about waiting for others to fill up van. Good value for money. Always my first choice.

handy as it is so close to airport while still being cheaper than plenty of others. staff behind desk were not the friendliest, but will be parking their next time i fly from the international.
