short transfer to airport,warm clean bus with helpful staff,very good.

Very good service, returned home in awful conditions after a very long delay. Staff were very helpful and courteous. No wait time at all for the transfer bus. Will definitely use again and would recommend this to anyone.

On return from holiday the card with the free number was very beneficial answered promptly and courtesy bus arrived promptly.

my car was park during the snow storm and whin i came back from my trip the guy clean the snow of my car and the were waiting for us at the airport in few mins of ringing them up

Everything worked like clockwork. if only air travel could be as reliable......

We arrived at 6am and the reception and transfer to the airport were first class . On our return from Tenerife we were delayed for almost an hour in the baggage hall as one of our cases had been damaged . Despite this we were collected within 5 minutes and taken to the carpark . The car was covered in frost/ snow but a member of staff quickly produced warm water to clear all windows and lights . Within 10 mins we were on our way home delighted with the courteous and very efficient service.

we arrived at the parking lot, as we had booked on line,all we had to do was hand in the key,get on the coaches which transfer us to airport, all done in less than 10 mins. on the way back it was the same excellant service

I have used this car park on several occasions and have always been very impressed. I hope to use it again in November and will continue to use Cosmos in future as the service is very reliable and staff are always helpful and courteous.

I had booked with Cosmos but was unable to use the facility as my car went out of service two hours before I was due to drive to the airport! I had to call a taxi! dj collins

we arrived and within minutes wre at the airport entrance. upon our return the bus was waiting and again within minutes we were in our car and away. could not have been easier. excelent.

Cosmo Parking is directly across from the int. airport. It was easy to book online and when we got to the airport we were taken over to the airport by bus straight away. On returning from our trip the bus was pulling in to the car park just as we exited the airport building and we were taken back to the office to collect car keys and car. The service was fast and efficient and I could definitely recommend Comos.

Easy access to the airport from this carpark. Very punctual service and helpful staff.

A job well done, it was good to have peace of mind knowing my car was secure and would be there when i returned.

We left the car for the attendant to park, got straight on the bus and were taken to the airport straight away. On return we used freephone number as soon as we picked up our luggage and the bus was waiting for us outside. When we arrived at Cosmo the car was waiting at the front of the building for us so we were able to leave straight away. Very efficient.

When we dropped my car and my dads car off early on the Monday morning it was chasos!!! We were away for a week. Cars were abandoned everywhere and even a guy who worked there commented to my dad that it was mad! When we arrived back my husband and I noticed immediately my car had been damaged slightly. I went in and spoke to the men behind the desk and they said I could fill in a complaints form. They weren't particularly nice abour it all! I had washed my car just before we left and knew that my car was not damaged! The guy behind the desk was able to look on the computer and point out to me that they had took photo of the damage and said that the photo was taken about 1/2 hr after I had left my car with them and that the damaage was on it! I said fair enough but My arguement then was something happened to my car between leaving it and the the photo been taken! They weren't very helpful at all and I said I would be phoning the manager the next day as I wasnt happy! I couldn't get him for a few days and when eventually got talking to him he hadn't a clue what I was talking about. he informed me the guys had binned my form saying I was happy enough!? I went through it all again with the manager who said he would check things out and contact me! I waited for a week and phoned back and the manager still hadn't done anything about it!! because he hadn't my details as they has been binned! PROFESSIONAL! NO WAY! I had to give my details again and he said would check cctv. he then told me he checked the cctv and my car had been parked very closely to other cars but he didn't see it being hit!It was my word against his! I didn't get anywhere but told him I would NOt be using them again or my family and would not be recommending them to anyone! LEAVE YOUR CAR AT COSMO PAY THEM £25.00 and GET YOUR CAR HIT!

I was disappointed in Cosmos in that on local radio it was indicated that they would not be charging any extra fees for people who were delayed due to the current flight problems but I was charged £6 extra.
