Could have had the car at front of unit as we had to walk a short distance to where they had parked my car. Moving suitcases over uneven surface even for a short time was the only problem! Otherwise excellent service.

Close to the sirport so very convenient location. Also, we were delayed on our return journey and the extra stay rate was very reasonable.

No hassle. Very good service, delivered to airport immediately and when we returned from our trip coach was waiting for us. Car had been moved to front of parking area so we didnt even have to walk any distance

Staff are friendly and helpful. Security is good & price is very good value.

When we returned on Sun. evening it was very frosty, we didn't have to ring for collection, the mini bus was sitting waiting for us, with a very helpful friendly driver.

I had changed my car from the one I had initially booked in. This was not a problem. The transfer minibus took the 2 of us straight away without waiting for a fuller load. Return transfer was similar.

The staff including the coach driver were most helpful and obliging especially in the luggage handling situation. The charge for such a relatively short period was however rather high in my opinion. The convenience however outweighs financial considerations.

Rang twice on arrival to say we were ready to be collected but no answer, went outside an bus was there anyway..went in and got my keys and walked to car park to retrieve my car myself. I thought they had your car ready waiting for you?? Obviously not if they wont answer the phone!

I was impressed by how quick the staff on duty dealt with each customber and created a stress free experience for all.

Apart from the potholes, no problems and will use again. My bags were taken from the car and placed on bus then taken out for me at airport. On return one phone call and bus was there in minutes. Once again bags placed on bus for me and taken off again at reception. Up to this point I reckon I am getting more than value for money. Then I see where my car is parked. Basically a mucky paddling pool between me and my car. Had to leave family and bags at reception, get car and reverse into reception parking to load up. I know Cosmo can do nothing about the weather but could they not ensure that in customer areas the surface is well tarmaced. But will use them again despite this one complaint

From the office stsff to the bus driver the service was courteous, smooth and efficient. I have used other car parking at Belfast but it does not come close to the service provided by Cosmos and I would definitely use them in the future. Thanks to everyone.

Vehicle returned covered in muddy splashes due to being parked in a wet muddy area

My (clean) car was parked by Cosmo staff beside a large pothole during wet weather resulting in the car being splashed repeatedly with muddy water over the 7 days stay. Thus I returned to find a very dirty car

arrived at 4am directed to a very dimly lit parking area, when I got out of the car I stepped into a large puddle of water surface area very uneven could easily trip had to wait until the bus came back as there was not enought room for us only 1 bus operating. There was no low step to be able to get into the bus not suitable for people with difficulties received no help from driver also the bus was rather grubby, will not book with them again

As I know from previous experience, the service was everything I would hope for. The transition to and from the airport was quick and easy and the car was ready and waiting for a speedy journey home. The driver was helpful with the luggage too.
