Friendly and efficient and good value. I was brought to airport immediately and dropped off practically at door . On return ...along with others,was picked up almost immediately. Would absolutely use again...

Early morning departure and slightly delayed return flight were handled very efficiently and pleasantly

We arrived back to the parking area in the dark and it was raining. I had forgotten just exactly where I had parked my car but the driver was helpful in locating it for me.

Very helpful to me as a wheelchair user,no problems.Efficient,sensitive and punctual.Wouldn't dream of using any other method of parking

anyone using this otherwise excellent facility should allow 30mins each way for the mini bus transfer. on our outward trip we waited 20 mins for bus to come, and on our return we waited in excess of 10mins for the bus to turn up. we then had to sit in the bus on a very cold november evening for a further10 minutes with doors wide open while the driver and a passenger smoked a cigarette. (why couldn't they have waited another 5 minutes til we got to the car park??)

Car parking a few miles from airport however minibus takes you in and collects you on return to lift your car. Good value and not overly priced. Would recommend parking here if going away. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

It was the first time for me using Karl airport parking, and it won't be the last.

They are brilliant usually they are waiting for you as they were this year again and take you right away, can't think of any thing bad, the buses are lovely new buses and very clean. Congratulations Karl Airport, look forward to using you again.

car park is handy from Belfast airport. Staff are friendly and transfer to the airport is very quick. very good value for money.

I would recommend Karl Parking to everyone. It is great value for money in a secure safe parking environment. No waiting times between carpark and airport, driver very punctual and extremely helpful & friendly regardless of the fact that my pick up was at the ungodly hour of 5.30am. No need to look elsewhere for parking when flying from Belfast International Airport. The online booking facility very easy to navigate. I give it a big thumbs up,10 out 10 Karl Parking, well done !!!

I had not used this facility before and was a little wary but had no reason to. The parking process was simple, the transfers smooth and punctual with a return drop-off right to the car.

Karl were the cheapest, handiest to get to, speedy transfers to and from airport. I'll be back !!!!!!!!!!!!

We arrived at 0450hrs and the staff were smiling, ( more than we were ) escorted to our car parking space within mins. Drop off and pick up was swift.

Good experience all round! Would recommend them & use them again myself.

We were transported to the airport within a few minutes of our arrival at the car park. The driver was polite, friendly and helpful despite the fact that it was 4.00 a.m. The cost was reasonable and we felt that we had left our vehicle in secure surroundings. We would definitely recommend the use of this car park to other travellers.

Several planes landed around the same time which resulted in a substantial number of passengers congregating at the pick-up point. There was no organised queue and pushy people were able to jump the queue. It might also be helpful if each operator had their own designated collection bay. We felt sorry for the driver who,despite the hassle from some disgruntled passengers ,stayed very civil.

After a delay we had on the aeroplane we got to our car quickly and there was no messing around.

Can't fault Karl,prompt pick up transfers all ran smoothly. Have used them now 6 times and will continue to do so. First class service

Very helpful staff. Quick transfer to and from airport. Easy to pay online as well. Would recommend them to others as someone recommended them to me.

Homeward journey was disappointing as we phoned after collecting baggage as requested by Karl. On arriving at outside pick up point, at 12midnight, there was no minibus and had to wait for the same bus to arrive back (about 15 mins). By this time more people had arrived and it was a free for all as the minibus only held 18 people. There was no organisation or priority as to who had arrived or phoned first. Other companies had picked up all there passengers.
