When we arrived at the park we were taken to our alloted parking space within a few minutes of arrival. After our break away we were picked up from the arrivals along with some others and taken immediately to the park to collect our car. Very efficient service. We would recommend this facility without any hesitation.

Very good service, friendly, fast & efficient. Save yourself money by parking here instead of the extortionate prices charged at the airport.

car park may be away from airport a couple of miles and not as accessible as others but worth the small inconvenience

The approach and layout of your parking facility give an excellent, welcoming and confident first impression. The lady at the desk was most helpful and friendly; the parking location was safe and the driver, both going to and returning us from the airport was punctual and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Transfers were fine, staff weren't over friendly but to be honest I didn't care, I was dropped off and picked up in good time at a good price so no complaints!

Found the staff very pleasant and helpful. We were even driven to our car on our return journey. Fast transfers to and from the airport with no hanging around. Couldnt have had a better service. Will definitely be using this company again.

It took approx 35 minutes to get on the bus for transport to airport. We had to pay for priority clearance at security as we were tight for time. The return transport was a nightmare. We phoned Karl as soon as we got to the exit and were told two buses were on their way.(ten minutes journey time). After 15 minutes, a hail storm and high winds, I again phoned and was told the bus was on its way.At this stage there were approx, 15 people waiting. Other customers had also phoned and were told the same. 30 minutes later I phoned and was told the same, a bus was on its way. I advised the person the phone that Id been told this on two previous occasions only to be told Id just have to wait.By the time the bus came along 40 minutes later there wasnt enough space for the very angry crowd, now numbering 40 or more. One woman and child were on the bus waiting for her husband to put luggage on. The driver told her to get off the bus as luggage wasnt on the bus. Another woman and child were on the bus but there wasnt a seat for her husband. So we had to travel the 10 minute journey with a three year old child screaming for its daddy. I had used Karl parking on one occasion before BUT NEVER again. A nightmare ending to a holiday.

Efficent transfer to and from airport. Felt assured that my car was secure. Very good value for money and very good service. Recommended.

The return driver was extremely grumpy, unhelpful and displayed his irritation that we could not immediately remember which row our car was parked on. That is the last thing you remember when you are flying out and lesser so when you return tired with children after your long journey. Could I sugggest that you give customers a slip with their car row on it, or send this driver on a relaxation course or one that might teach him the art of diplomacy and respect for others!

Despite arriving at 5.30am for an early morning flight, the service was extremly efficient and professional. On arriving home the coach was in the car park already. Brilliant service and saved us quite a bit of money.I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and have already recommended them to friends.

Karl Airport Parking provided 8 days inexpensive parking, with efficient and comfortable transfers to and from the airport. No waiting for the pick-up on our return and delivery to right beside our car. I would recommend this service to anyone and will certainly use it again myself.

Easy access from the airport road. You park your car and keep your keys. Transfer by minibus to the airport was prompt. Minibus on return from holiday arrived within 5 minutes of ringing and it dropped us and our luggage off at our vehicle.
