I would use airparks again as the staff were helpful and polite. We didn't have to wait too long for the transfer bus to take us to the airport and return us to the car park. Very good value for money and you have the option to have your car delivered to the airport on your return (£20 charge), i personnely didn't take this option up as the journey on the bus is only about five minutes. overall very pleased with the whole experience.

Dan Church 24 August, 2010

The car parking was booked in January this year for a holiday in August. Booking so far ahead - it cost me less than £20.oo for the week. The day of departure was cold, wet and windy. We left the car in an allocated space and were left to wait with our luggage outside, under a 'tired', open (both sides) 'car port'-style structure - vulnerable to the elements. It is only about 1.5 metres wide. Consequently, after a 20-minute wait for the transfer bus, the bottom half of the each adult and full height of our children were soaked. Airparks transfer buses only run every twenty minutes or so. Waiting for them at this frequency isn't much fun (especially when it's raining on the return trip too). If cost is paramount - use them, but don't expect any frills!

Took a while to find, but that could be our fault. The staff were friendly and we didn't wait long for the coach.

The £20 fee for them to bring your car down the the airport to save you 20 mins (as i was told ) waste of money and took longer than it would to get the coach back to the compound

Good value for money, the car park is a fair way from the airport but doesn't take long. Just allow enough time to transfer

Travelling with a toddler is something I can't say I was looking forward but parking couldn't of been easier or more straightforward - wish I could say the same for the airline!

Wait for transfer was too long - 15 mins Car couldn't be located for some time on return by either me or airparks staff - not coded accurately Staff polite and helpful once assistance asked for

dropoff on outward flight not at departure entrance but at return pickup point.

Miss Cullen 08 March, 2010

Everything was excellent and whilst I was away I opted to have the car valeted. This was the only bit of the whole experience that was disappointing. I had paid £35 for a full inside and outside valet but neither the boot nor the change well (that sits in front of gearstick) were cleaned. Plus - the seats were still wet even though they knew when I would be returning. Other than that - fab!

Mrs Mason 15 February, 2010

I travel most weekends - generally ok but I always aim for the 5.40pm bus as the 6pm bus is cutting it fine. Arrived just before 6pm last week and checked to make sure bus wouldn't leave without us - it did. When I pointed out that the clock in the office read 2 mins to 6 I was told that the clock was wrong and was offered a reverse meet and greet for £20. THere were 6 of us all going for the same flight and eventually sense prevailed and another bus was organised. An unnecessarily stressful experience. Why don't the drivers actually look into the office before they drive out of the car park?

Then receptioist had a problem fiknding the man in front of me's details as he had booke3d 1 night then booked another night separately over internet and it took about 20m minutes for your guy to find him on the system. Good job I wasnt tight for time on thuis occasion. A couple realised that they had left a bag in the car and instead of asking them to remove 2 bags already on and sort it out at reception the bus driver went with them to find the bag - another 10 minutes wait; We got to gate and walked straight on to the plane.

All went smoothly, pleasant, helpful staff, was dropped off a little too far from departures but thats an age thing and have been told that it is cheaper to park on airport site. Otherwise very good.

Very good, at the beginning of the holiday everything worked like clockwork and at the end of the journey, although quite a wait for the coach everything worked really well for us. Thankyou.
