Arrived at 04.30 and the receptionist was extremely polite and professional. We were asked to stand in the open sided shelter to wait for the bus transfer. We waited in the 5am January cold for 20 minutes before the bus came. When we got on it, it drove to the other side of the carpark where we sat for another 15 minutes waiting for two couples to get on. An hour after arriving we got to the airport. On our return we waited 25 minutes for the bus to arrive. When we got back to the carpark the driver got off the bus and went into a cabin to hand out the car keys. A bit surprising. I would use Airparks again because all the staff were really friendly and polite but I do feel they could speed up the transfers.

I was initially worried as we were running a bit late and the info I received had suggested leaving 40 mins to book in and get to the airport. However when we arrived it wasn't busy, booking in took about 2 minutes and there was a bus ready for departure. There were no problems with the pick up either. A bus was waiting when we got to the departure point, close to the arrivals, and we waited on this for a bit until departure. This wasn't very long and we were certainly a lot happier than the people waiting for the airport car park bus who seemed to have been waiting a while. Everyone was friendly, especially the cheery bus driver on our return journey who also sorted us out with car keys and location. In all no complaints. I thought the 8 min return journey might feel longer after a flight but took no time at all. It seems so hard lately to find a service that there isn't something to complain about, but this was one of them. I will definitely use again when travelling from East Midlands.

very easy to use, quick and effective, but if you're traveling for a night flight (or early hours of the morning)make sure you've a jacket on as outside shelter to catch the bus from is basically only a roof.

In Dec/Jan when i last used your sevice my car was brought to drop off bay feor my onward journey. When I got off the plane and phoned for my car I went drop off bay. No one mentioned previously that you had changed pick up procedure. We stood in windy conditions,not cold but chilly and had to phone the office and was told you had changed procedure and it had been that way for some time.Better communication put the infomation on your booking details on line.
