Have used carpark 5 times in last 2 years and booked in again for September all ways hassle free & very good helpfull staff &I know my car will be safe

In Dec/Jan when i last used your sevice my car was brought to drop off bay feor my onward journey. When I got off the plane and phoned for my car I went drop off bay. No one mentioned previously that you had changed pick up procedure. We stood in windy conditions,not cold but chilly and had to phone the office and was told you had changed procedure and it had been that way for some time.Better communication put the infomation on your booking details on line. I will youse you again .Yous APSewell

I arrived at Airparks before 4.00 am. I collected the ticket at the office, surrended my key and entered the bus. I arrived at the airport some 5 - 7 minutes later. All pretty straight forward. After my holiday I landed at about 12.20 pm. I waited 10 minutes for my bus. The driver told me that I was the only passenger at that time. Upon arrival at East midlands airparks, he found my key, told me where my car was and suggested to bring the car to the luggage rather than the other way round. I left the Airparks within 5 or so minutes. I used Airparks before and I will use them again.

No complaints what so ever, telephoned to say we changed our car no problem. Staff were pleasant, bus was regular every 15-20mins. Safe, secure parking and the price was good.

Perfect start to my holiday, easy system good transfers even the time spent waiting,( one coach left as I arrived)was not a bind. Will recommend to my friends, Thank you R. Biggs

We flew out and returned at very unsocial hours. The service was fully manned and the buses ran to time as stated. A relief!

Very pleasant staff. Wish it were located just slightly nearer airport !

The only thing to reproach would be the non-protection of the cars (snow and cold). The cars are exposed to the weather and during this period it was quiet bad.

The bus driver on our return was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be a more obvious or more signs directing customers to the pick up point when arriving back at EMA

Having paid on line for this service , We was very upset to find that when we returned at 1.30 am, We were then charged a further £6.50 for going half an hour over the time limit !! ( no fault of our own ) . Make sure you don't make the same mistake and give yourselves plenty of time .
