"Everything was excellent and whilst I was away I opted to have the car valeted. This was the only bit of the whole experience that was disappointing. I had paid £35 for a full inside and outside valet but neither the boot nor the change well (that sits in front of gearstick) were cleaned. Plus - the seats were still wet even though they knew when I would be returning. Other than that - fab!"

"On returning we put the ticket in and it told us we owed 50 odd pounds. We were obviously let out once we contacted the help line, but it is not what you want hanging about in the cold when you want to get home"

"Since Car Park 7 was undergoing maintenance work, we were offered Car Park 6 as a substitute at no extra cost. Both car parks were further away from the airport terminal than we thought when booking - the map does not really give the right impression regarding distances. However, we had no problem with the shuttle service whatsoever and we did not have long to wait either going or coming back. It may have been helpful for each lane in the car park to be numbered as we left the car in darkness and returned in darkness - and in addition heavy snow had descended whilst we were away so all cars looked the same."

"My only issue with the experience was despite the number plate recognition system correctly identifying my car and printing the number on my ticket. The exit barrier did not respond and I had to park up and return to the customer help desk to get the ticket validated."
