Whole process was slick and simple. Only possible issue was that the car park surface was uneven and not very well-lit in places.

the bus was waiting and took us straight to the airport, on return you get the keys very fast no queueing told where your car is ....i would recommend......why do people moan if they miss a bus and have to wait 20min for another when it says the bus comes every 20 mins on the website.....

Timely transfer to airport in afternoon but had to wait over 10 mins for return trip - however we made allowances as this was after 11.00 pm. Overall we were pleased with the experience and would use them again

Did not have to wait long for the transfer in either direction. On return my car was parked near to the exit so did not have to spend ages walking from bus with luggage, or remember where it was parked! Will definitely use this service again if flying from East Midlands.

Car park a bit rough and muddy in places and not too well lit but everything else was fine. I'm just about to book with you again as we the whole process was very easy through on-line booking, payment, and the transfers themselves. Also a benefit that parking is only five minutes from the terminal. Would have appreciated an Airparks sign at the bus pick-up point to confirm we were waiting at the right place. Same comment also made by others while we were waiting for the bus.

Although it,s slightly further from the airport, you get dropped off close to the departures and the transfer is only a matter of minutes.

Ongoing construction work at the terminal meant an unneccessary transfer time from the bus to departures.

The long drag from drop off point to departures in pouring rain was not nice nore was the 20 min wait at pick up point in freezing temperatures. otherwise it was All ok.

I would highly recommend Airparks at East Midland Airport. The staff are very friendly and polite yet professional and efficient at the same time. We left our car seat for our 2 year old daughter in our car and didn't realise until we got to the terminal building. We mentioned this to the bus driver who contacted the car park reception on his radio to ask them to remove the car seat from our car and then he told us to meet him back at the drop off point in 15 mins and he would have our car seat on his bus on the next return journey. Sure enough, he was there exactly when he said he would be with the car seat and was only too happy to be of assistance. A really nice, helpful chap who obviously took a great deal of pride in his job and was very keen to please. Thank you very much kind sir. You are an asset to your company and a true gentleman!

Much cheaper than car park located on the airport - was on time for my flight - would certainly recommend it!

well organised, no problems with parking. staff very helpfull and plesent. Will use again. The only slight down was the directions but once we found it there was no issues.

I extended my trip by 3 days and telephoned Airparks from abroad. They were most helpful and really efficient, no problems at all, which was very appreciated. I will definatly use them again.

It was very confusing that the car park was not signposted as 'Airparks' but as 'Donington Aeropark', which meant that I initially failed to identify the correct signs & drove into the airport. On realising my mistake I was still uncertain whether I was going in the right direction, as I was aware that I was driving miles away from the airport - increasing my stress, as time was running short by then! I now know where the car park is, but clearer signage would undoubtedly help other drivers.

30 minutes wait on a cold night for a coach was too long. Much longer than I have experienced at other airports.

checking in could have been easier if I had read the instructions for getting to the site.a sign on the road would help.But after that it could not have been easier or the staff more helpful. I will go again.

Its a pity EMA gives you a transfer bus stop so far from main terminal including a long walk outside

booking was easy.directions to and getting to the airport was a doddle,will be recomending them to my friends

I had a good experience using Airparks, friendly staff on arrival, no fuss checking in, speedy transfer to airport, did not wait long for collection on arrival back to East Midlands even though it was a late night flight arrival, an experience I will certainly have again!

The staff were very efficent helpful and freindly, we had no problems and the service was excellent and speedy, leting us start and end our travel with the maximum speed and minimum stress.
