Arrival Procedure
This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so it is essential you enter the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. We also recommend that you bring a printout of your booking confirmation.
Upon arrival, drive up to the entry barrier, where your car registration will be read and a ticket automatically issued to you showing your registration and booking reference. You may then park in any available space. Keep your ticket safe, as you will need it upon your return.

Departure Procedure
If your ticket shows your registration and booking reference, simply drive to the barrier and insert your ticket to leave.
If you had to press the button for a ticket upon entering the car park, press the intercom button for assistance and quote your booking reference number.

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- From Nottingham: Take A52 westbound and join the M1 at junction 25 southbound
- Continue southbound and exit at junction 24
- Follow signs to East Midlands airport
- From Leicester: Take A6 northbound to junction 24 of the M1 and follow signs to the airport
- Or take the M1 northbound and exit at junction 23A, then follow signs to the airport
- From Derby: Take A50 southbound and continue until the interchange with junction 24 of the M1 motorway
- Follow signs for East Midlands airport
- On arrival at the airport
- Turn left at the first traffic island and follow the road until you reach the roundabout. Go straight over this roundabout.
- At the second roundabout take the first exit on the left, then make an immediate left into Long Stay Car Parks 2 & 3.

My only issue with the experience was despite the number plate recognition system correctly identifying my car and printing the number on my ticket. The exit barrier did not respond and I had to park up and return to the customer help desk to get the ticket validated.
1. The walking surface is very poor on the most direct route and as most people will be using a wheelie suitcase this can be very arduous. 2. There are no direct paths the one that are available have you walking indirectly to the car park. So for the most direct and quickest route you are required to walk on the road. Especially when it is raining. 3. There should be signage in the Airport building with approximate walking times. 4. Because of the long walk and the fact that there are no buses the airport should put in a covered walkway to protect its customers from the wind rain and snow.
Always easy to write negative comments- but I have none to write. Car parks were as described, walking distance from airport and were well lit. Price was fair- athough you would always like to pay less!
excellent vfm and easy to book. As with all car parking spaces not enough space between vehicles if you have a 4x4, stress free arrival and departure process and close to terminal so walkable.

Very cheap for onsite airport parking, especially as it i only a couple of minutes walk from the terminal, so no need for a transfer bus. Also no need for ticket validation inside the airport, just drive up to the barrier, press the button and quote your booking reference. Excellent
The car park was perfect as it was close to the terminal so I could walk back once I got off the flight. Also I travel by myself alot and I felt safe as there was lighting all the way to the carpark and in the carpark.
Booking went smoothly with no problems and cheaper than turning up to park and paying on return. Within easy walking distance of terminals, so no waiting around for shuttle buses. Overall experience brilliant and would highly recommend and do it again myself. Thanks.

From the online ordering, to the directions to the carpark, to the exact discription of the security and layout, to the ease of exiting it was completly hassle free. Even when I called back as I had made an error on my arrival time, the girl was polite and professional, the correction made and summary sent in minutes. The airline I flew with could actually learn something about handling customers from this. Will be using them again for all future trips from East Mids and anywhere else they operate!
its easy to book on line, a simple payment method. The airport is on the same site as the carpark, simple instructions to follow on entering the airport and just as easy when leaving.
Instructions on how to find the carpark where very easy to follow no prblems parking and we had to come home a day earlier than booked for and it was just a quick phone call to explain and it was sorted.
It was easy to find, park and very convenient to the airport. Would use again as also good value for money. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more lighting on car parks.
We parked easily and felt very pleased that our car would be safe and secure, also not moved about until we returned to collect it. Compared with other companies your price was the most competative of all, also excellent for people with disabilities eg walking distance. I am considering using you again for 3 weeks next February, an incentive would be perhaps a small discount for returning customers. One thing i would like a reply to is looking at the current economic situation if the travel company decided to move our flight to another airport what would the situation be then once i had paid.

I have used East Midlands Airport 10 - 15 times per annum over many years. The service provided by gosimply is convenient and efficient however the carpark coach service is still, and for as long as I can remember, very poor in comparison with other airport parking services. Apart from once, I have always walked to my car without seeing or being passed by a carpark service coach. Car park charges are now very high, often higher than the flight fares.

The experience was good, although the person to whom I was linked on leaving the car park on return could have been more communicative. I was asked to wait a minute and anticipated that he was checking and would revert to me confirming all was in order. However after about a minute the barrier was raised without comment.
I chose 3 not to sure which to use.Ichose to walk the short the short distance to the main building as i was familier with airport layout,but i would still have liked to have seen a sign directing me in the right direction of the main dep/arr building.There is a sign that just states pedestrians but no directions.Just two minor things, otherwise quite satisfied with your service.
