Arrival Procedure
This car park has an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so it is essential to enter the correct vehicle registration when making your booking.
Upon arrival at the car park, pull up to the entry machine at the barrier and your number plate will be automatically scanned. Take the ticket that is issued and keep it safe, as you will need it upon your return.
If a ticket is not automatically issued, please press the 'Assistance' button and explain to the attendant that your vehicle was not recognised. You will need to confirm your booking details, including your car registration, and a ticket will then be issued. We recommend taking a copy of your printed booking confirmation in case this happens, as you will need it when you return.
Departure Procedure
Collect your vehicle and drive to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket you were issued upon entry and the barrier will raise automatically.
If the barrier does not raise, press the intercom button and quote your booking reference.
Do not insert your credit or debit card into the barrier or you will be charged again for your parking.
Transfers
The car park is located within walking distance, taking approximately 4-6 minutes to reach the terminal building.

The service works well, no problem parking, walk was expected and welcome after a few hours drive. For those that do not want to walk, drop them off with the luggage and join them in around 10 minutes, after parking.
Everything was as advertised except vehicle registration plate recognition system did not work at both arrival at and departure from carpark.
We experienced no problems, the automatic barrier worked without difficulty, parking was not a problem and the airport was in walking distance, with cases. The weather was dry and we transferred during daylight. We did have some difficulty crossing the quiet service road, with heavily laden baggage trolleys.
The location of the car parks is extremely convenient and as they are withing walking distance of the terminal there is no necessity to wait for a transfer bus.
no hassle, park up, short walk to terminal.....brilliant! Upon return, put card in, drive away.....couldn't be easier!
very easy to find no hasel to park car no waiting about exellent thanks
Pleased with service and like the fact I can walk to the airport although next time I'll bring a brolly!
Didn't issue me a ticket even though i pre booked so had to press for one. Someone else i know was also travelling in a car and they had to press for a ticket too. Got a space no problem. Car park was literally 2 mins away from the terminal so it was great. On return drove up to the barrier and pressed the button and someone answered within a minute. Gave them my pre booking reference number and up the barrier went. Easy peasy!!! Thought it was a little expensive for the week considering the size of the aiport but i would defo use again
i was dissapointed with the distance we had to walk with all our luggage.didnt realise how far away it was.
number plate not recognised when we went in so we had to speak to staff to get out. staff could not hear us over the intercom, we had to repeat and spell out names, booking numbers, vrm's several times before being let out. we had a valid booking, staff did not seem particularly bothered in helping quickly which was annoying as we had pre booked.
Have used many times in the past and have recommended to friends and family.
Car park was easy to get to, lots of available parking spaces. The walk to the terminal building was further than we expected, if it had been raining it wouldn't have been much fun. Our ticket printed our car reg but not the booking reference so we had to wait upon exit for someone to answer the telecom to let us out which took about 5 minutes. We had no one behind us but it would have been a bit embarrassing if there had been a queue of people waiting.
Member of carparks staff on duty in airport office resolved parking issue re delay caused by Ryanair / volcanic ash was very helpful and efficient.
Parking was easy and within a 2 minute walk to the departure terminal. Exit proceedure works well and in no time at all on the road for the journey home.
Had to press for a ticket tghought it was registration recognition. On return had to use intercom - had to wait more than 2 minutes for answer. Had 6 cars behind me also awaiting to get out.
My only issue with the experience was despite the number plate recognition system correctly identifying my car and printing the number on my ticket. The exit barrier did not respond and I had to park up and return to the customer help desk to get the ticket validated.
1. The walking surface is very poor on the most direct route and as most people will be using a wheelie suitcase this can be very arduous. 2. There are no direct paths the one that are available have you walking indirectly to the car park. So for the most direct and quickest route you are required to walk on the road. Especially when it is raining. 3. There should be signage in the Airport building with approximate walking times. 4. Because of the long walk and the fact that there are no buses the airport should put in a covered walkway to protect its customers from the wind rain and snow.
Always easy to write negative comments- but I have none to write. Car parks were as described, walking distance from airport and were well lit. Price was fair- athough you would always like to pay less!
excellent vfm and easy to book. As with all car parking spaces not enough space between vehicles if you have a 4x4, stress free arrival and departure process and close to terminal so walkable.
not far from airport walking dinstance not bad at all would park and pay again x
