Will use again, very effecient, well worth the money,however they should sign for the condition of the car on outbound and inbound, not that i had any problems.

When we arrived at Exeter, the skies opened and it tipped down with rain. There seemed to be no sense of urgency that there were people waiting in the pouring rain by their cars waiting to get their keys. I would have expected someone to be on site in such conditions rather than having to wait for someone to arrive.

A very efficient service that takes the hassle out of airport car parking

I found the service very suitable for parking at Exeter Airport, very prompt meet at airport on departure and car virtualy with us as soon as we left arrivals terminal and actually lower cost than the long term carpark. Brilliant.

No problems at all,would recommend it to anybody wanting a no fuss,economicaal way of parking at Exeter.

The service provided was friendly and easy to use i will definetly use this service again.

Upon ringing Fly Parks as requested 20 minutes out from the airport, it was a little concerting to find they had no trace of my booking and (luckily) I had a print off of the booking. Apart from this I could not fault them.

On outward journey at 5.30am rang a few minutes before arriving at the airport and staff were in short stay car park waiting for us. Very efficient handover. On return rang after leaving luggage hall and car arrived in short stay park within minutes in what were extremely cold and snowy conditions. Once again a very efficient handover.

I had been recommended to use Fly Parks Meet and Greet service, and I would do likewise.I was particularly impressed with the service at 4.30am on departure. There were clearly many others using the sevice at this time, but we were met promptly and politely. On return there was some delay, and on locating us the driver did not make direct contact, and the steering wheel/gear stick were both stricky!

We have used Fly parks for a few years now and the service is always the same. We only wait a few minutes to meet the driver both on the outward and inward journeys. We are very satisfied with the service.

On arrival, I had phoned as required but we had to wait a few minutes before anyone appeared. Returning in the early hours of the morning, I phoned after retrieving our luggage but was told my car was in a queue of eight or nine. It took about twenty minutes before my car appeared. The next day, I turned on the car radio and found that the settings of my favourite stations had been altered.

The price offered was very competitive with other parking solutions, which didn't offer the same ease of usage. Therefore it seemed to be the best choice, providing the service was as suggested. This turned out to be 100% correct and I will certainly use the same Meet & Greet service in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

The service enabled us to quickly transfer our luggage from the short stay carpark to the terminal with the minimum of baggage handling. A personal service which was well worth the money.

this really is the trouble free way to start your holiday --everyone we dealt with were pleasant - helpful - and on time- even when arriving back late at night ! definatley use them again

Good value for money. You do not have to worry about catching shuttle buses or finding car parks as your car is collected and returned to you.

Very efficient service. Driver was helpfull and life was a lot easier having vehicle collected and delivered at the door.

Having madea phone call as instructed, the man was waiting for us when we arrived and there was a swift changeover so we could be on our way. On our return there was a hold-up over our luggage so we were late in making the call. No problem. Our car was already on the site and waiting for us. Brilliant service and for the first time catching a flight was a real pleaure. Thanks to everyone concerned.
