We arrived in the dark and found it difficult to find the entrance to the car parks even though we drove past them! We were directed by staff and went to car park 3. (I didn't look at the booking slip on arrival.) Also, it wasn't until we were on our way home and half to the car that we realised there was a shuttle bus. This wasn't a problem as the distance is only a couple of hundred yards and even less to car park 4. On departure our car park ticket didn't work and instantly a voice came over the intercom and asked two questions and then opened the barrier. Excellent service even though the minor hiccups were probably of my own making.

On the way we walked to the terminal because shuttle driver said threough the intercom that he would be 6 or 7 minutes. Although this does not seem a long time, it was raining hard adn we were a bit late for the flight. So we walked. On ther return leg the driver was waiting outside the terminal and it was a very quick and efficient service.

Arrived at carpark and the barrier opened to let me in and issued a ticket to depart. Returend from holiday and put ticket in machine and barrier went up and i drove home . Dont get much easier than that.

found the car park easily all went ok, and mini bus waiting on return only problem was the pouring rain and a husband who parked too far from the drop off point!!!!

this is the second time we have used this car park, it's good to know that the area is secure and your car will be in the same place you left it, booked to exit at 14 30hrs didn't leave park until 15.15hrs helpful staff and no extra charge, many thanks 1st class service, dave sturgess
