Do not use. We were left standing in the cold and rain for over 30 minutes because there was only 1 bus that could not fit our party in. We ended up sorting out our own arrangements!! Not the solitary drivers fault but an extremely poor experience. I will certainly not use again. Shame on you!!

found the whole parking process easy and convenient,staff friendly even at 2-30 am,price was ok,my only minor criticism is that the lane markings and numbers could do with replacing.

Although the carpark was excellent, a little hard to find but this was due to the road works nr the airport. What we were really disappointed with was the driver of the shuttle bus. On our return journey he was the rudest person I have ever had the dis pleasure of meeting, he snapped at an elderly lady in front of us as she mis heard him asking which car park she required. He threw our cases on board and when there was 5 people on board he sped off like a F1 driver, throwing our cases about in the back of the bus. Only a small propotion of the flight had left the lobby so others would having waiting in the cold for his return. On entering the carpark he was so close to a parked car we are sure he would hit it. We were glad to get out of the bus as I'm sure others were too. He might have been having a bad day but it spoilt our return trip right at the end.

Plenty of free spaces to park. just remember the letter of the row you park in. the transfer driver will take you to your car.

I assume that it is early days yet but the bus stop is a bit primitive and the journey to the main office is not a smooth one -witha number of single track sections and a bumpy ride when avoiding on coming traffic down a very narrow lane. Itsa good job there are not too many flights at any one time.

The car park was close to the terminal, bus came very quickly. On return, the staff went out of their way to get us to our car quickly. Really excellent service form happy, smiley staff!1

A little walk to airport (5 mins), thought it would be quicker then waiting for shuttle bus. Car park is in good order and plenty of free space, would use again.

Having arrived at the car park, we phoned the bus service which arrived within a few minutes an d took us to the airport....On the return journey we walked out of the airport terminal and there was a bus airing to take us back to the car park..An excellent service and well worth the money....
