Arrival Procedure
At the entry barrier to Car Park 4, press the ticket button for a parking ticket (DO NOT insert a credit card) and proceed to park your vehicle. Take your parking ticket with you and proceed to the bus shelter located at the exit and entry barrier to catch the shuttle to the terminal. If the bus has not arrived within 5 minutes, use the intercom located in the shelter.
Departure Procedure
On return, please go to the Exeter Car Park Office and present your car park ticket and reference number for validation. Return to your vehicle and use the validated ticket to exit the car park (DO NOT insert a credit card).
Transfers
Transfers to the terminal are provided via courtesy bus and take approximately 8-10 minutes.

we have used the long stay car park 4 many times and have never encountered any problems. A very straight forward way of parking close to the airport, transfers were regular so not much waiting around.
The friendliest transfer driver ever encountered - courteous & really helpful. Was absolutely delighted to see him again on our return! Transfers were frequent, efficient & friendly. Excellent service. Thank you.
As there was no cheaper alternative we had no other choice. The car park had a barrier but no other visible security measures. The mini bus transfer was regular and reliable, the drivers were polite and helpful.
The driver on the outward trip was not as helpful as the driver on the return trip. He was most helpful & efficient.

a secure and convenient car park with very good courtesy bus links. overpriced due to being a captive customer with there being no convenient public transport links to the airport. pay kiosk on return could be better signposted and located and the attendant could try smiling and being more pleasant.
I park at Exeter airport twice every month from Thurs lunch time to Sunday evening and have noticed that the price has just risen by approx £3.50 for the same stay. I would welcome a frequent user discount facility. Service excellent, transfer drivers very friendly and helpful will take you almost to your car, never had to wait too long, overall experience has always been very good.

We thought it was quite a way from the terminal. The bus was waiting and we were very happy. Car was o.k. we had no problems. Thank you. I believe we paid more than somebody else and we wondered why.
The parking was easy to find close to the airport and shuttle buses were frequent. The drivers were very helpful with the luggage. A good choice of parking facilities for anyone.
Good however the signage showing the way to the parking office at Exeter airport is very poor
checking out could be improved by having a ticket office near the arrivals entrance,instructions should have read to turn right when exiting the arrivals hall not turn left. thanks Paul
The one thing I'm reffering to is! I booked by Internet and was sent instruction to follow. I proceed to the air port, park car great. I fly off have a short break "great". I fly into Exeter airport 22.00 hours. my paper work says leave terminal turn left to car park office. Sorry no carpark office. So miss bus to car park. spend 20.00min's finding office. Get away in the end 45min's after I should have. Not very happy.
t was very easy to find. And I do like the idea of parking my vehicle and taking keys with me. It's an older vehicle and doesn't lioke to be moved a short distance and switched off. Always difficult to restart. So it was just fine. The parking areas were clearly marked and no difficulty finding vahicle.AN older person might appreciate abolder reminder on the ticket as to the Parking Area number the car has been left at . Otherwise an excellent choice to leave any vehicle.
The long stay car park was good value for the money ,well lit even at night ( WE ARRIVED AT 4.30AM ) THE BUS SERVICE was very good . we used the service in late September, when it was not so busy.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The links to the airport terminal were both speedy and efficient and I felt confident leaving my (brand new) car parked for several days.
We had to wait longer than advertised for transfer from car to terminal (20 minutes) and as it was only a five minute walk we chose not to use the bus on our return. The office to validate our ticket was not clearly signposted and took us 10 minutes to find which after a 9 hour journey was a rather annoying and the directions given on the reciept were wrong but the car was where we had left it and no damage done, which after all is what you need from a car park 8/10 (could do better)
Transfer coach could have been more prompt, but doubtless the poor driver was doing his best. Better explanation of where ticket booth was on return. I shall use you again, if the need arises, as the service is perfectly adequate, bearing in mind the layout of the airport.

- Follow signs to Exeter International Airport from the M5 / A30.
- Take the 1st left off the B3184 (just after the pedestrian crossing) and follow the Orange P4 directional signs to Car Park 4.
