My car wouldn't start and the minibus driver started it for me. Both ways it was pleasant, friendly and personal. I can't fault the service at Exeter Airport Parking.

The directions to the 'Antique Complex' parking could have been simplified. It was easy to find. If the directions were simplified to; "Head to the Exeter Airport drop-off, arrivals, short stay car park, but instead of turning in to the entrance through the barriers of the car park, continue down the road (alongside the airport), following the 'Antique Complex' signage".

This is the second time I have used this service. The staff were very efficient getting us to the airport quickly. The return was equally as efficient - just a telephone call after we had collected our baggage and they were on heir way to collect us. A small wait of no longer than five minutes and we were on our way back to the car parking area. Well done. What an excellent service.

Great experience. Easy to find, quick service. Flight back was delayed but no problem at all. Transport waiting outside. Would certainly use again and will definitely recommend.

After parking our car and entering the office, we were quickly driven to the airport for departure. On arrival after the return flight snd recovering our suitcases, we found the minibus already waiting in the airport carpark, and our car ready to drive off from the off-parking enclosure. Very efficient and easy.

I have used this facility twice and each time, it has been very efficiently run - I was expected, taken promptly to the Airport, and the van was there waiting when I arrived back. Would definitely recommend, especially as it is a lot cheaper than other parking options for Exeter Airport.

Very easy to find only 1 mile from airport.Transfer both ends very punctual. Will deffinately use this service again.

Not the easiest to locate, especially on an inclement day. but worth it in the end for the door to door transfer, and prompt pick-up on our 10.15pm return.
