The dropping off and collection of our car was very good. However when we did have the car returned to us it was in a very dirty state. It had obviously been parked under trees and was covered in sap.(Not good for a brand new car) I would not use this company again purely for this reason. I would choose undercover parking in future.

Car parking very expensive at Leeds Bradford Airport but this service was only an extra £9 . So easy no unloading and loading of luggage out of car into minbus etc for transfer. Staff very helpful and polite.

After a good start with them I was impressed , but our return to Leeds Bradford was awful , I tried to call them at least 10 times in a 40 min period from collecting our luggage and only got an answer machine each time . I didn't expect to be stood in the rain with my wife and 3 kids for an hour while waiting for contact with a meet and greet service. I find it a joke that this service is to speed up the time at the airport and my family and I ended up been the only people left in the airport carpark at 12.45 at night after evrybody else had gone. The drivers excuse was that he had been waiting for ages near by for us to call as he didn't know we had landed- and can't explain wht his phone had been on answer machine as he hadn't had any calls from us . Not a companyI would use again , shame really as it's the first time I have had a bad experience in the 10 years I have been doing meet and greet at Airports all over the UK
