We have used Sentinel Parking on several occasions and they continue to provide an excellent and very prompt transfer service to Leeds/Bradford airport. We will use Sentinel whenever we travel from this airport,
No trouble on departure but on return there was no pickup at the airport. One of our party had to phone to remind Sentinel we were waiting! There also seemed to be some minor confusion at the car park but keys were retrieved and car was parked in the correct bay.
very helpful staff.transfer times spot on. as the plane was delayed for nearly 24 hours we were still greeted with a friendly face and my car ready to go.
No complaints at all. Staff were friendly & helpful. Transfer was prompt as was pick-up. Certainly one to recommend.
Dropped car off and was immediately transferred via the mini bus to the airport . On return the mini bus was waiting for us .. no problem at all .. would definitely use again..

Good all round service - friendly and efficient - the one minor downside is that we were told the transfer bus would be waiting for us on our return as they could see when our flight landed but we actually waited about five minutes - this was by no means a major problem at all as if they hadn't said anything about them waiting for us, we wouldn't have seen it as an issue.
Much easier than the on-airport parking. They park your car, load your bags onto the minibus and you get transfered straight away. When we got back there was a bus there within a few minutes. Very good and efficient service. Much easier than the on-airport parking, especially if you have young children and lots of luggage.

This is the second time I have used Sentinel and on both occasions everything has gone like clockwork. My wife ,who has a slight disablement with walking,is unable to climb stairs needed the extra step carried on the the coach and a little help from the driver and he could not have been more accommodating. Will be most happy to use them next time.
easy to locate, two mins from the airport. Swift check in arrangements, and a friendly fast delivery to the airport door. Highly reccomended.
Upon finding the car park, the service was very efficient. We were taken straight to the airport, the facilities on site were very much appreciated. When we got back, we were collected straight away and brought back to the car and were able to drive away with no delay. My only comment would be that a few more signs to give direction could be helpful, as on arriving turned into the turning before, the securoty there were very kind but i don't think we were the only people to have turned in there. This is not a complaint though as my sense of direction is not the best !
Excellent service from booking. Very convenient for airport. Good directions, swift transfer to airport for departure. Bus was waiting for us on return. This is our second time of using sentinel.Will always use it in the future.
The car park was easy to find, I didn't even have to use the Sat Nav. The staff were courteous,friendly & very helpful from handing in the keys to the office to the bus driver who loaded our cases & buggy onto the bus for us. On our return, the bus was there to greet us so we didn't have to wait around.We were dropped back off at the office where we were given our car key back really promptly & we didnt have to walk far to the car. Overall we were extremley happy with the service received from Sentinel & will undoubtedly recommend them & use them again.
Quick, easy, on time, no fuss and waiting when I arrived back. No barriers or having to find a parking space like other car parks. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Would definitely use Sentinel again.
I have tried various airport parking facilities and have always been dissapointed. This service was excellent, speedy service from start to finish. Booked in car and on our way in the transfer bus within only a few minutes. On our return the bus was easy to find and was waiting for us. Only a few minutes drive from the airport and our car was returned instantly - no waiting around. Excellent.
We have used this service before, the staff were efficient and courteous, the transfer buses frequent. Overall a stress free transfer.

FROM NORTH:
- Once you have arrived on the A658, follow the signs for Leeds Bradford International Airport until you arrive at a roundabout with an exit to the airport
- Turn right at the roundabout into Warren House Lane
- The entrance to Sentinel Car Park is on your right hand side after 200 yards
- Follow the driveway round to the reception area and park in one of the designated spaces
FROM SOUTH:
- Once you have arrived on the A658, follow signs for Leeds Bradford International Airport until you arrive at a roundabout at the end of a tunnel with the airport on your right-hand side.
- Turn left at that roundabout into Warren House Lane.
- The entrance to Sentinel Car Park is on your right-hand side after 200 yards.
- Follow the driveway round to the reception area and park in one of the designated spaces.

An insight into the workings of Sentinel Security Parking, straight from the horse's mouth.
1. Can you tell us a little bit about your business?
Sentinel started in 1996, on a site a little further away from the airport than we are currently, as there was a growing demand for parking and we had an established business in the area with available space. From this point, we grew steadily and moved to our new purpose built site late in 1999. We are now just under 1/2 a mile from the airport and have capacity for over 2000 cars.
2. In one sentence, how would you describe your business?
Competitively priced, efficient parking service that is completely customer focused.
3. What makes you different from other parking companies?
There are two major differences. We recognise that off site car parks are largely judged on their ability to take and collect you from the airport with as little waiting time at either end as possible. Because we are so close to the airport, we are able to take customers across as soon as they arrive at Sentinel. We do not wait for a given number of customers to arrive before making a trip to the Airport. Even if you arrive on your own, you will be taken across straight away. We also keep a close eye on flight arrivals and always aim to have our minibuses over at the airport before the customers come out of arrivals. In addition to being prompt, we take great care to employ people that have excellent customer service skills. In short, we are quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
4. Describe the customer facilities, security and services you offer
In the main office, we have customer toilets, a free to use water cooler and a flight information board. We have extensive CCTV consisting of 2 separate systems providing excellent coverage of the site, security fencing and floodlighting. We have the Park Mark award that is given only to safer car parks and at no time in our history has the security in place been compromised. We are staffed 24hrs a day every single day of the year. We offer a competitively priced valeting and car washing service that attracts many compliments from customers. Our "in house" valeter has exceptionally high standards and many years experience.
5. What does the gosimply award mean to you?
We are always very pleased to receive the Gosimply award as it is great to have our efforts rewarded in this way. The Gosimply website itself is excellent and allows potential customers to evaluate the car parks on offer based on genuine reviews and that suits us very well indeed!
6. What's the most interesting or exotic car that's been parked?
Years ago we had a Jaguar XJ220 in long term storage (remember those?)

Jane McDonald has left her Jaguar with us recently!

We charge an additional £10 per stay for larger vehicles. This being for anything larger than a short wheelbase transit and up to a lwb transit / minibus size. Anything bigger than this can still be accommodated but this will need to be negotiated separately.

For blue badge holders, we will transfer you to the airport in your own car and meet you in your own car on your return.
