"...After reading the reviews i made sure I had the right card before we got to the carpark in the hope we would get it right but On arrival at barrier made sure i put correct debit card in as per instructions, barrier didnt open! ticket button continued to flash and gave us ticket but still didnt open then pressed help button transfer driver arrived and open barrier for us and told us to take our reciept, ticket and debit card to information point and they would issue us with a get out of carpark ticket. It is very confusing there is no clear instructions as to what to do if barrier doesnt open i think they need to get this sorted, other than that the carpark felt very safe as the driver of the transfer bus is constantly going round..."
