Arrival Procedure
Drive up to the entry barrier and press the white button for a ticket. Keep this ticket with you, as you will need it, along with your booking reference, upon your return to the airport and prior to leaving the Arrivals Hall.
You are advised to drop any passengers and luggage off at the terminal building before parking your car.
Departure Procedure
Upon your return, take your ticket and booking reference to the Car Park desk located in the Arrivals Hall. A staff member will validate your ticket, which you may then insert into the car park's exit barrier.

Disabled Facilities
Special assistance is offered in all Prestwick Airport car parks. Car park disabled facilities include wheelchair-friendly transfer buses and help buttons on entry barriers.
Larger dedicated parking bays are available adjacent to the terminal and shuttle bus pick-up points.
Blue Badge holders are permitted up to 30 minutes free to pick-up and drop-off. The Blue Badge should be presented at the car park desk located in the terminal building where your ticket will be validated.

Travelling with a baby and all the attendant parafanalia we appreciated the quick and efficient arrival and departure!
Car park easy to find following directions provided and within walking distance of trminal , could not ask for better
The booking was easy and we used the credit card for booking to gain entry and exit to and from the car park. It was ideal and meant that we saved time at both ends of the journey.I would use this service again. We cannot comment on customer service as we did not need them.
The car park was close to the airport terminal and was very convinient for a late retun flight which we had. However the instructions for entering and leaving were, to either enter the card you had booked with into the machine or, press for assistance and quote your referance number. As my bank card had been changed since booking I decided to go with the press for assistance option. Fine on the way in the lady lifted the barier no problem but however on the way out the man told me that I should have taken a ticket on the way in and taken it with my referance number to the pay desk inside the terminal building. Thi would have been fine I there had been any instruction to do so but there wasnt. He said he would lift the barier on this occasion and we left.
Easy booking and payment. Problems with steep hill for elderly pedestrians from car to airport. Completely incompetent money-taker at reception desk - didn't seem to recognise internet arrangements. On reflection £45 per week for the parking position is very poor value for money - next time we'll get friends to run us there and back for couple of bottles of £4.50 wine.
This was quite expensive at £67 for two weeks but it was very convenient as I could park close to the terminal. What price saving the need to transfer by a shuttle bus at 4am? I was able to drop wife off with luggage in the drop off area but on return I cuold not get back into it without leaving the carpark and coming back in again.
A fairly good experience overall. One drawback was that you needed your cash card to electronically get into and out of car park (unless you verify ticket in airport) - I had no problems but 2 drivers in front of me struggled and this delayed our exit.
We were glad that we paid the extra to use this carpark as we were running late due to road works and diversions. The staff that dealt with us, the girl on the desk at the airport and the two lads at the exit point, were very helpful. We would use this short stay car park again.
It is well worth the extra money to park in car park 1 because it is only metres from the terminal. Fast and efficient to pay by card on-line because you only have to use your card to enter and exit car park and don't rely on any staff. Brilliant service.
On return I took my ticket and voucher to booth in car park. Attendant was rude, told me I should have reported to desk in airport. I showed him my voucher which instructs me to report to attandent in car park. He said "ignore that, and if you do it the same way next time you will have to walk back to airport to gat barrier voucher."
All went to plan, deposited passengers and luggage at terminal. Short drive to car park 3 and rejoined party within 5 minutes. On our return, car park assistant issued me with exit ticket and we were on our way home in no time at all.
Handy for airport, quick and easy access for main road. Easy to book on internet.
Very close to Prestwick Airport (car park 3) you can be on the road home within 30 minutes of landing. Possibly a bit over priced for what you get.
This was my first time flying from Prestwick so it was really great to park my car near the airport and feel secure that my car would be fine when i arrived back from my destination. Thank you.
Close and easy reach of the airport - 3min walking distance. If you are unable to walk due to heavy luggage or other reason, the carpark provides a minibus shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. However, parking at carpark 3 is rather expensive. I recommend using carpark 5 for longer stay.
The whole experience was easy and pain free.
I prefered leaving my vehicle at a secure parking area, which in turn allowed me to leave when I needed to and be in my own home within 1 hour of touching down at Prestwick. I saved £54 on what it would cost in a taxi fare!
Although car park 3 is within a walking distance from airport, I was expecting a transfer bus to help with our bags! Generally good service.
Great! Excellent value for money, hassle free and only a 3 minute walk from the terminal building. I/we would strongly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.
Quite expensive with no significant on line deals compared to say Newcastle Airport. With little alternative parking close by, especially for early morning flights you have little choice other than to choose car park 3. We fly regularly from PIK and have never seen the shuttle bus, so instead go by foot to the terminal rather than risk the wait. It would be better to have a call point system in the car parks to alert the bus operator that you are waiting as in other terminal parks. Staff are very friendly and helpful though and directed us to the nearest spaces which were not immediately visible.
