The car park is shown as a 'Preferred Provider' - what does that mean?
The 'Preferred Provider' notation indicates that the car park is owner is also the company offering the booking and not a third party company selling the car park on behalf of the car park owner.?

Are there any parking restrictions i.e large vehicles such as large motorhomes, cars with trailers, large vans etc.?
The individual airport car parks may have restrictions on the sizes and types of vehicles they will accept. These restrictions vary depending on the car park you choose. Information relating to vehicle restrictions or additional charges for large vehicles can be found in the 'Notes' section of each car park's information page.

Are transfers included to and from the airport?
Transfers to and from the airport are normally included in the price you pay for parking. Some car parks however may have service limitations, usually late at night or early in the morning, for details of service limitations, restrictions and conditions please refer to the notes regarding transfers for each car park.

What happens if I overstay my pre-booked duration or if my flight is delayed?
Most non-automated car parks allow a grace period if your flight is delayed by a couple of hours. For those that operate with automated ticket machines we suggest you contact a member of staff before exiting the car park to avoid getting charged extra at the exit barrier. If you are delayed a more substantial amount of time, you will be charged by the car park at their daily gate price.

What is the 'gate price'?
'Gate price' or 'turn up price' refers to the amount charged by the car park if you have not pre-booked parking. By booking your airport parking through gosimply.com in advance, you can save up to 60% off the daily gate prices.

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and 2 weeks as 15 days?
Airport car parks charge per day or part day, as opposed to per 24 hours. For example, a booking for Monday to Monday is charged a total of 8 days, a 2 week duration is charged a total of 15 days.

Will I be sent confirmation of my booking?
You will receive an email confirmation from gosimply confirming your booking, this confirmation will include all of the details you need to make your parking experience as stress-free as possible. It is advised that you take your confirmation or a copy of your confirmation with you to the car park.

I haven't received my email confirmation. What do I do?
The first thing you should do is check your 'junk' or 'spam' email folder, as these emails can sometimes end up there. If not, please use our 'Contact Us' form and include your booking reference number and the full name of the person who made the booking in your message.

What is Meet & Greet Parking?
Meet & Greet Parking is a convenient and hassle-free way of parking. Drive directly to the airport terminal and be met by a fully insured parking chauffeur. Your car will be taken by them to a nearby secure car park whilst you check-in. Upon your return, your car is brought back to you at the airport terminal ready for your exit from arrivals. This is a popular choice for disabled travellers, business people, people travelling with young children or anyone who enjoys the convenience of driving directly to the airport rather than to a car park and catching a transfer bus.

How far in advance should I book my airport parking?
You can book your parking at any time but we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Booking your parking early will guarantee your space and ensure you get the best price. Parking prices have a tendency to rise as the car parks spaces are booked and the available becomes more limited.

How do I book my airport parking?
Select the airport you wish to park at, along with your arrival and return details, then click the search button. We will then display the latest prices and availability in our easy-to-read comparison results, enabling you to easily decide which service is best for you. Just click on the desired price for the car park of your choice and you will then be taken to the secure booking page to complete your booking.

How do I Amend or Cancel my Airport Parking booking
The confirmation email we send you will include a phone number that you must call should you need to change or cancel your booking. You can also refer to the table below for the car park providers contact details. Any changes, amendments or cancellations may be subject to charges from the service provider.
