Premier Travel Inn reviews

This is our second visit to the Premier Inn NEC Birmingham. We arrived and the staff were great - our daughter is disabled and was able to park near the door - we had a superb meal that evening in the Restaurant. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We slept well and then got up early and tranferred by taxi, which arrived dead on time to the Airport - all in all a great start to our holiday. We would strongly recommend this Hotel for flying out of Birmingham Airport.

Excellent and friendly service esp when we arrived in the very early hours of the morning.

We arrived in the early evening for our flight the next morning. Everything was excellent - staff, room, food, price and ride to the airport. Maybe we were lucky because there was no event at the Conference Centre. We would certainly use this hotel again, if we were to have an early morning flight.

Were really pleased. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Early 5am breakfast was available - Great.
