When I arrived I wasn't thinking that it was going to be that great, as I had picked the cheapest out of the options that I had. This was because I was arriving early in the morn and only staying for a few hours. I was very much surprised at the overall quality of the hotel and how clean it was for a hotel situated within the airport region. I would without a doubt stay in the Express by Holiday Inn if I was staying over in East Midlands again. Many thanks.

Unfortunately there was no one to drive the mini bus on our return from the airport to the hotel at 1.45 in the morning, so we had to get taxi, which was not refunded, which I think was poor customer service, I have contacted the Hotels owners to complain but have not received a reply as yet, here's hoping !!!!!

Although we did see a shuttle bus parked outside the hotel, no trip was offered to us - we walked both there and back to the airport. Whilst we appreciate that it was a 'budget' hotel, a mini bar would have been nice!

Could not fault for their friendliness. Transfers to and from the airport were very efficient and the drivers were extremely polite. Would definitely use them again.

Great location, friendly staff, free breakfast despite early flight, car parking allocated on medium stay car park directly adjacent Terminal. Very pleased by it all, from website to deal.

Easy to get to airport from hotel and to park car in airport car park. Coming back was easy as we did not have to be picked up, just went straight to car, changed voucher and left car park instead of being taken back to pick up car from hotel.
