Information on return trip to hotel was very misleading. We ended up having to get a taxi back to the hotel as the coach stopped at 10pm which wasn't obvious in any of the paperwork. This added an additonal £16 to the cost!

Returning my car to the airport on arrival took longer than I expected, but otherwise a good deal for meet and greet and staying at Gatwick the night before an early flight.

Apart from the potential disaster of not being woken up in time for our flight, the hotel was great. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The restaurant was excellent although they had run out of both wines we chose which was disappointing. The extended parking worked well and we would definitely do it again, but take our own alarm clock!

Being further away from the airport in Crawley, the shuttle bus was delayed resulting in a 45 minute wait for the bus upon our return. We were advised that this was due to heavy traffic, however we were the only pick up!?

Would definitely stop at the hotel again, only drawback was after parking couldnt find a lift to take our luggage to reception, might not be one or if there is not well signed..I am due a hip op very soon and had difficulty lifting my cases up some stairs.

This hotel had a nice ambience on arriving so expectations of all facilities to be experienced were pretty high. However it was let down by the mediocre quality of the food and to a lesser extent the service in the restaurant .

Only slight complaint was early morning driver was late and then had to swap to a larger vehicle as too many passengers for previous smaller minibus. 10-15 delay on departure time which could easily have been avoided if he had checked his numbers previously and arrived on time. Pick up after holiday very efficient with delivery of car to Airport which was superb for quick getaway on homeward journey.

I enjoyed my stay and would use the hotel again. The only downside was having to pay extra when they delivered the car to the airport which was not on the paperwork. This was apparently because they picked up the car on the Saturday night where in the past at other places I have stayed this has been included in the nights stay at the hotel

This was the most relaxing Holiday I have had. What a fantastic way to start your holiday, arrive 1 day early have the car parked for you, have the most relaxing time, very good food and wine, and then to retire to bed in the comfort of a very clean room, with all the facilitys needed. And then in the morning to be taken to the airport right outside the entrance. And to top all that whenwe returned home, how easy was it to phone and within no time you are they are there with YOUR CAR, get in and drive away. I will never travel any other way, this works out cheaper without all the stress of finding a parking place and you get into relax mode the day before. Thankyou so much we will recommend your services and be back next year.

Great start to the holiday, very well equipped room, pleasant reception staff and happy hour 5:30 to 6:30 made for enjoyable experience.

we stayed overnight and had 15dys parking.price we paid was much lower than we thought it would be, considering the hotel was fantastic.everything you could want was on hand,bedrooms spacious and very comfortable.reception were very helpful.transfers to and from the airport were on time.i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. i would stay at the Arora again.

An excellant way to start our holiday. Helpful & friendly staff, very clean and comfortable hotel/rooms and transfers were arranged without hassle. We will most definitely be staying at the Arora International again, and have recommended it to family and friends.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Although we had to be at the airport by 5.15 and the shuttle bus does not run from the hotel that early during the week, I would go back again. The staff were helpful and courteous and the room was spacious and clean.

The car was delivered to us outside the arrivals door, only 30ft away and 5 mins after leaving the building. Why anyone would ever choose to just park when for a nominal amount extra you get a hotel, transfer and car delivered to you on arrival. Great service, we will certainly be using it everytime we travel!

Hotel was friendly and efficient. Parking facility all ok until car was delivered at airport...it was filthy. Given it had been valeted the day before it was parked ready for a wedding we were to attend on our return. Very disapointing - will not use again.

Was originally going to stay at another hotel but after reading very bad reviews about it decided to change to the Arora. What a fabulous decision! The Arora was perfect, close to the airport (which was what we needed), immaculately clean, very high standard rooms and great service. I have previously stayed at the Gatwick Hilton which is ideally situated in the airport, but despite the location I would choose the Arora above the Hilton anyday, and its so much better value for money! The rooms and service are so much better and its not that far from the airport to make it an issue. I'm so pleased i decided to change hotels. The only thing which didnt suit me, although its not a negative against the hotel, was the fact that the restaurant served "fancy" a la carte food which isnt really to my taste. However, having said that, the food was of high quality and nicely presented and actually suited the hotel, i just prefer no frills food though. They do also have a snack bar where u can get meals from too but didnt realise until it was too late, never mind though, had a great stay here! Good start to my hol.

If you have to leave at crack of dawn for an early take-off, this is a pleasant and hassle-free way to do it.

We enjoyed a very nice pre-evening flight with them. Lovely hotel and we would stay with them again. Unfortunately our bathroom smelt dreadfully damp so I had to spray on arrival. I also asked for a cocktail at the bar and was told the hotel is not allowed to sell them, which was disappointing as we were celebrating an anniversary. Our early breakfast wasnt great.
