Overall a very positive experience - only improvement would be a more regular pick-up times from Gatwick rather than hourly.

A clean, well presented hotel. We only stayed for one night but the food was good and there was flexibility on the menu for children. Would highly recommend.

When we returned home we observed there was a large dent in the drivers door which will now have to be repaired at a cost of £250 This was obviously due to the car being parked too close to another vehicle and someone had forced a door open on my car. This is very annoying and is careless in the extreme.

Would definitely use again. We arrived early to make the most of the day, which was lucky as there were still reserved spaces for us, but as they have functions on in the conference rooms the parking in the evening was really busy and some "park and fly" guests had to leave their car keys so that their cars could be moved. Hotel is walking distance to the town for dinner and shopping.

Great! I booked a hotel room with valet parking and airport transfers, and that is exactly what I got. I pulled up at the hotel, was guided to a parking space, signed over my car keys and relaxed in the hotel. In the morning we were taken by minibus to the airport and continued with our holiday. When I arrived back at the airport a week later, after one quick phonecall the car was delivered to the door of the airport with the speed of light! Wonderful, will use again!

Only slight problem was that we booked two rooms as a family and found them to be at opposite ends of the hotel.

Great hotel, it was our second visit and will no doubt not be the last! The transfers were punctual and efficent. Would recommend it to anyone!

An absolutely lovely hotel, with excellent reception staff. Shame the transfer coach wasn't avaliable at the time we left (0400 ish) - especially as I had been informed that it would be running. Car park was good (underground) and not a scratch on the car when we returned. Would most certainly stay here again.

This was an impressive hotel, but it seemed to be very busy and when I arrived all the drop-off parking was in use. Needed to wait 5 minutes before I could get a space to pull in and drop off all the luggage outside the foyer. Parking is then under the hotel (so all covered). There were only a handful of spaces left and you really needed to be a good parker to be able to fit your car in some of the spaces (and also hope that the other people who park in adjacent spaces don't bash it when they are coming or going). Spaces were very narrow and also rather short too. I was glad I decided to take my Skoda Octavia rather than my Nissan Navara! The car park is a one-way system and there is one really tight corner at the far end - you will see this one as it is the one with at least 4 different colours of car paint on the wall and adjacent pillar! I needed to take 2 runs to swing the car between the pillar and the wall to make this tight corner. There was also a Mitsubishi L200 pick-up parked after this corner and it was jutting out well past the white line of its parking spot, so I had to reverse again to clear it. We didn't eat at the hotel, but as we walked past the restaurant/bar it seemed to be very busy (we arrived there at around 18:30 on Friday so that might explain this). The hotel layout seemed to be pretty good - 2 towers with the rooms at either end with the restaurants and other function rooms in the middle near reception. There were polished granite floor tiles with recessed stainless steel uplighters - giving a clean, contemporary feeling. We had a room on the 3rd floor and everything was very quiet up there. There were several people already up there with the "do not disturb" bulb lit on their door, so the hotel seemed to have put all the early risers in this part of the hotel. We needed to check-in at 06:30 and the first shuttle bus started running at 05:45, so this suited us perfectly. The hotel room was very nice and the decor and furniture could not be faulted. Everything looked good quality and everything was in great "as new" condition. The bathroom was very impressive: well-lit and finished with black and white polished granite tiles and with a large mirror. The best feature was a separate walk-in shower that was almost like a wetroom (drain in floor tiles rather than having a shower tray). Overall, we couldn't fault the room, the staff or the quality of the fittings and fixtures. The only strange thing was they asked for my credit card when we checked-in, so I assumed they would bill the shuttle bus to my credit card. They didn't do this and they wanted payment at 05:30 at the front desk before we left when we were checking out. We also had to go back to reception to pay for the shuttle bus on our return journey and then take our luggage back out front and bring the car around to load it.

Fantastic hotel, rooms very clean and spacious. Food at restaurant first class. Will definitely book there again, great way to start your holiday. Car park service at hotel great as well. No bad comments to make.

Overall, an excellent hotel in all respects. Very good price at £80 for one night and 8 days secure parking. Excellent big rooms. Very spacious and pleasant bar, restaurant and general seating areas. Well situated in Crawley with access to town and countryside. Exceptionally well connected by rail with its own platform! Very efficient transfer by coach, 10 mins to Gatwick every hour. Highly recommended.

Nice clean room, good facilities. Transfer to airport left us a bit tight for time, but if we'd caught earlier one, would have meant extra hour at airport.

I had to make my own arrangements to and from the airport, which added significantly to the cost of my trip. This would stop me using the hotel and extended car parking in the future. On the way to the airport, my flight was too early. On the way back, one shuttle per hour is ridiculous.

Overall a great hotel. Really easy to find, lots of places to eat nearby - plenty of things to do before going on holiday. The only downside was that free parking was really limited at the hotel, there is lots of secure parking but it was not cheap.
