After a five hour flight, I returned to the hotel to be told I couldn't have my car keys unless I told them my registration number, which I didn't know as it was a new car. Even though they had my name, ID and my vehicle details on file they insisted that I scoured the badly lit car park to get my registration number before handing over my keys!!!!

As a discount Hotel I did not expect 5 star luxury, but the room was so old fashioned and in need of redecoration. The bathroom was pretty tatty and the shower barely worked.

Clean Warm Room. Good Shower (important). Car Parking well organised. Staff very helpful/patient.

When we arrived back and rang the hotel, we were told that the driver wars on his way and would be with us in a few minutes. After waiting 30mins we rang again and were told he may be held up in traffic. When he arrived 10mins later it took less than 10mins to drive back since being late on a Sunday night there was no traffic. This made things difficult for us as we had a 5 hour drive to Cornwall to face. Otherwise their service was excellent and we will certainly use them again.

The hotel room was very very cold with no way of increasing the temperature.

We spent the whole night freezing cold and were kept awake by extremely loud television and talking till at least 1am. On arriving back i was told i had a flat battery we then had to wait for an hour and a half for help . The old male secretary was exprememly abrupt and rude when we asked how the battery went flat and how they moved the car if it was flat. The battery is under a year old and has never been flat so was perturbed as to why it should be dead when we arrived back at 1245am . Not a good experience over all and would never choose to stay there agian. The room was old and shabby ,the bath was rough and gritty and took ages for the warm water to come thru and the shower was hopeless.

We received a really friendly reception on arrival. The transfers to and from the airport were fantastic. We will definitely be using this hotel next time we fly. Thanks.

On arrival at the hotel the receptionist booked a taxi for us, but failed to mention that we would have to pay. Due to our flight was early we were not entitled to the free transfers that were advertised and had to pay when we got to the airport. Luckily we still had pound stirling on us. I would not use this hotel in the future and would not recommend it to any associates.

Turned up good directions, well received by friendly staff. Very average meal in very smoke filled restaurant. Good transfer to airport in morning and good collection on return.

I feel that a staff member's attitude towards a problem with transfers on our return was not very customer friendly. This issue was dealt with in a very aggressive manner when i tried to clarify our position and was not explained in a way that addressed that the problem was one of staff sickness not a issue on our behalf. This explanation did not warrant the overall civil response which the staff member made it very clear that she was not getting. I would have felt in a job such as this that staff should be aware that people returning from late night flights may be fatigued and to be spoken to in such a manner at anytime is frustrating but under these circumstances i felt it was particularly rude. Nevertheless all the other staff members we encountered were very helpful and polite and the situation was explained to us fully by a fellow staff member on our return. It's a shame it couldn't have been addressed this way in the first place!

In our room we caught two bed bugs, The room had a bad smell and generally the hotel was disgusting. My girlfriend was bitten several times during our one night stay and this effectively ruined the first few days of our holiday. I would suggest you remove this hotel from your listings and report it to environmental health, I intend to.

It was much nicer to sleep a night in the hotel than to have the stress in the morning to get to the airport. Thank you!
