The hotel offers a long/short term stay and parking package for the airport which was excellent and highly recommended to all travelling from Gatwick airport. Very close to the airport. Great hotel, friendly professional staff. Very clean room with comfortable bed and great bathroom. Overall a fantastic experience at a very reasonable price.

The hotel is situated right on the airport the valet parking was excellent and returned the car back straight away what a fantastic service

Room was a fantasic standard that exceeded our expectations. The view from the room, which was of the aircraft landing was very impressive. The link to the terminal was so easy and quick that we had a very hassle free start to our holiday. Definatley use again. 10 out of 10 for everything.

The hotel was very nice, but the dining was too expensive therefore we ate at the airport itself It would have been nice to eat at the hotel which would have made the beginning of our holiday really special, but we thought the menu was vastly overpriced. We have read a lot of reviews for this hotel and all the reviews say the same thing about the expensive menu. Seems to me that if they lowered the menu prices they would make more money in the long term as more people would choose to eat there.

overall an excellent way to start the holiday. Hassle free with pleasant, helpfull staff. However,tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Bar staff did not have a clue, all working against each other and not as a team, this came across in the service to me and my fellow customers. Bar prices are way to high if they are going to serve kia royals with stale champagne and the dregs from 2 different bottles. Dan

The only reason to stay here is the fact that it is connected directly to the north terminal for easy access to checking in at either north or south terminal the following day. You will pay a premium for this though. Hotel is very good 4 star quality, attentive staff, and excellent rooms.

excellent room, good restaurant and valet car parking service. Took all the hassle out of an early morning flight with an easy covered walk to Terminal North.

We had little choice as our return flight was timed to arrive too late for a train home & at a point when the other hotels stopped running their courtesy transport. To get a decent few hours sleep it was either here or the Hilton & both charge silly money for the privilige of being 'onsite'. Neither hotel even offer breakfast within the rate.

Excellent hotel and so convenient for North Terminal, just a few minutes walk. Made our journey so easy and stress free. Only comment flannels were not provided!

A very friendly hotel. The Consierges were first class and nothing was too much trouble for them. Through this site the price was half theie rack rate!

A beautiful hotel, incredibly convenient location and wonderfully helpful staff (especially concierge, who kindly rang delta airlines on my behalf when my flights had changed). I would definately use the hotel again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you

Long stay car park is a little further away than initially described by the hotel but the service of both were excellent. Would definitely recommend 'taking the hassle' out of the early morning flight by checking in and starting your holiday early....

Allthough the hotel is handy for airport, one should be aware of hotel charges for services. Airport parking was ok no problems with check out personel very helpfull on return.

It is so easy to stay within the airport and in such a lovely room.If you have a morning flight it is a luxurious and stressless start to your holiday so if your budget will allow GO FOR IT!!

The combination of hotel and parking facilities was absolutely perfect for our travel arrangements and meant we arrived at our destination feeling fresh. I have no doubt we shall repeat this again next year
