I had a good night at the hotel; everybody was very nice. The rooms were great and had everything you would need. As the rooms are partitioned off by a door leading to a corridor there was no noise, which was great as we had to be up at 4.30am. Great position of hotel and would use it again.

I thought I was booking a travelodge hotel and was shocked when I arrived. The room was very poor, tatty quilt, dirty bath mats and carpet, I would not walk bare footed on floor or carpets. As I had arrived late and was leaving before 5.00am, I stayed but if I had more time I would have moved hotel.

Phoned hotel from coach pick up terminal 10 at 11.50pm driver arrived at 12.20 collected ourselves plus another couple. It clearly stated on the board transport was free. When we arrived at the hotel the driver then became the hotel receptionist and charged us £5 per couple for a 5 minute journey. He was rude, arrogant and totally unprofessional. We will never stay here again.

Absolutely this hotel was the most unfriendly place I have ever had the displeasure to stay in. Everything about this hotel was awful. The price was very cheap, but we expected more for £39 per night. We arrived at 11.45pm. The restaurant and bar were closed, the night staff didn't offer us any advice of where we could buy food or something to drink. We urge you to remove this hotel {prison camp} from your web site with immediate effect. ps. these are only a few examples of our experience in this place.

The shower in the bathroom had mold all over it, so my wife would not use it. The room was noisy and very hot. This hotel was the cheapest on the list and I guess that we got what we paid for. We will not stay there again.

The staff etc were so efficient. My husband has left a bag behind and did not discover this until we were through security at the airport - this appears to be no problem for the hotel as they will take care of it until we return to the UK in May. Food was excellent and facilities in the room were second to none.
