Crowne Plaza Hotel reviews

May be a small map showing where pick up should be,( which bus stop number:) reception had not let driver know ours and other parties arrival.

Had a good stay at the Crowne Plaza, the service and the rooms were very good which is why we always stay here before travelling. The only problem when we arrived was trying to find a car parking space which took us a long time.

This is the second time you have used your hotel for stay and park for our forth coming holiday and found it to be very organised both leaving and on our return journey would definately use your hotel again.

Stayed overnight prior to a very early departure from Manchester Airport. The room was lovely, with really nice quality, comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom and toiletries were also good. Loved the little aromatherapy sprays to help you sleep! The transfer service was ideal, and very quick and easy. Would certainly stay here again, as it was very convenient to have the car immediately available on our return. My only gripe was that the cost of an evening in the bar, including two very mediocre bar-snack type meals was more expensive than the rest of the stay(nearly £12 for warm sandwiches), so on any future visit I would be very wary of eating in the hotel again.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was very enjoyable from check-in to check-out. We were upgarded to a suite which meet all our requirements. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Transfer both ways was very smooth, having to wait no more than 10 minutes. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others.

no problems at all with facilities but prices for food were extortionate - burger and chips, fish and chips, pint of lager and soft drink - £37.00 not including tip!!!

Although food and drink was expensive (as expected but still irritating), the staff are the outstanding feature of this hotel. Every single one we met (even staff passing us in the corridor) were friendly, professional and intent on ensuring we had the best possible experience. We have stayed at a number of hotels around the Manchester airport area and this was by far the best for that reason.

Have stayed here on 3 occasions and will probably stay here every time we fly from Manchester in the future as we really like the hotel and the services are excellent.

Rooms very clean and comfortable with modern decor and facilities. Relaxing atmosphere. We used Thai restaurant and this was fab. Staff can't do enough.

easy to park, quick booking in, spotlessly clean room. nice bar atmosphere, comfortable bed, accommodating and friendly staff from reception to bar service to transfer service. a great way to start holiday and excellent value for money.
