Excellent friendly service. Buses already waiting for both journeys to and from airport. I would definitely use this company again.

It is true that they are 0.3 miles from airport but to get you to the terminal the journey is much longer. Very efficent booking and good value but as they only seem to operate 2 mini buses when everyone gets off the flight for the journey home there is a mad scrable to get on to the bus as there is no queuing system. Although we had a long journey back to Cornwall we had to wait for a bus to complete a trip and return for us.

I would highly recommend the Highwayman parking service. I had to make a couple of changes to the reservation and each time it so easy, no fuss, just changed it no problem, such a nice change. It was easy to find and the transfer to airport was almost instant. My mum has a bad knee so normally has difficulty getting on a minibus but this one had a hand rail and steps and she was most impressed. Bus waiting when we returned to collect us and car waiting when we got to the Highwayman. Staff were very helpful and friendy, I was just gutted I didn't have any british money at hand to give them a tip afterwards as they deserved it. Faultless service. Thank you very much. Will definately use again.

The transfers were speedy and comfortable in both directions. Less time involved than walking across to the on Airport parking.

The Staff were excellent and professional. On time with no delays. I have used Highwayman Parking before and will certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

Service was v good but could have been excellent if not for the confusoin in collecting us. There were nearly 20 customers, plus luggage, to collect but only one 8 seater mini-bus arrived and we had to wait a furhter 15 minutes for another to turn up which still left a few passenger even longer to wait for the first bus to return. Surely this could have been coordinated a bit more professionally as the last thing one wants on return from a holiday is to be kept hanging around a car park waiting to be collected, but besides that "hic-cup" an all round "well done".

Staff were really friendly and helpful and there was no delay as there often is with some companies while they wait for the minbus to fill up.

even when our flight was diverted to birmingham, staff at highwayman knew what was happening and meet us on our return to cardiff. having just used the highwayman for the first time in may i can absolutely reccomend them,we were met on arrival and sorted in minutes,and the same on return i will be booking again sometime in september,so thanx to everyone concerned.book with confidence as it is great value parking and for my part the cheapest.mrs maggi martin

The drivers are most helpful and informative with flight details. Very prompt and always there waiting for you on your return. Over the past years there has never been a cuase for complaint, this is why I keep on usinf the. The valet service is nice to return to a nice shining car and reasonable too.

Having never used airport parking before, i was very pleased with the service i received, both before going away and on my return, i will be using Highwayman Parking in the future when i go away.

Poor signposting made locating difficult but once this was overcome the service to and pick up from airport extremely good. Will certainly use Highwayman again.

We had to find the Highwayman in the dark which did mean it was a tiny bit difficult to find, but it didn't take long to get it right. We would definately use the service again, only next time we will take up the offer of having the car cleaned before we return!

Excellent service, parked the car, booked in and were transferred to the terminal straight away and the driver indicated where the pick up pint was. On return the minibus was waiting, we were handed the keys and the car was ready in the Highwayman car park to drive away. Would use them again next time.
