Actual parking facility and access arrangements are fine and it is only a 5 minute walk as described. But we had awful weather on our travel days and would have really appreciated use of the transit coach to the terminal. Hadn't been offered that so struggled through torrential rain only to be passed en route by the bus! Not great. If the option exists it should be made clear.

If you park here and have booked and paid in advance, you enter and leave the car park without any problem as the entry and exit points read your car number. On the other hand it was very expensive.

Approached barrier and it recognised our number plate, we parked really close to the airport and on return we just drove out of the car park because the barrier recognised our number plate as a prepaid

No problems with parking, BUT I walk from the terminal across short stay to the long stay. Previously there was a gap in the fence a pedestrian could walk through. A new fence has no gap. I had to walk mch farther! Make a gap, signpost it!

We found the car park easily from the instructions given and were happy to be so close to the airport - walking distance 0r bus available to go on as well. Very good service arriving back with the friendly staff at the airport. Will definately use this car park again when flying from Cardiff.

There were no signs of the transfer from the car park to the airport (nor vice versa)which made it extremely difficult to manage suitcases plus our adult daughter who has disabilities. Getting close to the departure area was a nightmare and returning in the early hours of the morning was even worse. If I had been aware of how far the distance was I would have booked to park in car park 1. I would recommend that you are clear with your disabled passengers about this and recommend that they use car park 1.
