Easy payment. Tremendously good value for London. Good directions. Easy to find. The car park was clean and well lit and it was easy to find a space. There was someone in attendance when we arived and when we left. We would use them again. The only slight negative is that the directions just say: "Find yourself onto Queen Elizabeth Street from either Tower Bridge Road or Tooley Street". But you can't turn right from Tower Bridge Road into Queen Elizabeth Street so we had to go all the way over Tower Bridge and back down the other side.

We was able to dive in the car park no problems and obtain a parking ticket, the car park was well lit with a large office that the carpark and sercuirty staff could watch the carpark and assist custormers. When we came back to the car park we showed the staff our email comfirming our booking and payment and they took our ticket and with a smile let us out. This is the second time we have used this car park without any problems and we shall use this car park again 10/10

Very good location given the low price. Though the parking staff was not friendly and charged us extra money for being too late to leave the parking while this was not true (still within the 24h limit). He wouldn't let us go before paying... Advice : be sure to reserve the maximum amount of time possible (per 24h) to prevent problems with the guard.

Using this car park was a positive experience. One point to note is that the arrival instructions are inadequate. It is not sufficient to merely take a ticket from the machine - you must speak to the attendant (helpful guy) and he will then direct you to the secure area.

The employe approach on arriving was not very friendly. Maybe more clear explantion on the reservation on how to handle when arriving (just park) might help. For the rest: o.k.!

the nearest subway is at least a 10 to 15 min walk, on the other hand the tower bridge is close and quite impressif.

The car park staff are friendly and courteous, the car park allows easy walking access to the Tower Bridge Area of London and the Thames Path. Highly recommended!

Its the first time I've driven to London from up t'north I found the car park easily. The staff were most helpful in explaining the system. Car Park was straightforward and excellent value for money compared with other car parks on line. The Car Park seemed very secure. I would use it again.

The car park is easy to locate, south of Tower Bridge. The staff are friendly and accommadating. The car park appears to be very secure, safe and plenty of room to manovure. A pleasant ten minute walk either across Tower Bridge or along the Thames path will get you to either Tower Hill tube station or London Bridge tube station. In the immediate area are several restaurants and bars, fronting on to the Thames. In comparrison th other car parks in London Butlers Whark is very good value, and importantly, outside the congestion charge zone.

A car park just beside Tower Bridge for how much?! Cheap, convenient, secure and well staffed. What more could you ask for?

Very good value for money, but as I have a large car I had to search for a suitable space. I would use the car park again

It is easy to get to Tower Bridge vis Docklands from anywhere north of London. Then it is an easy walk to an underground station.We.ve used it twice and there is always plenty of space.

Butler's Wharf is run by "Q Park". I've always found their facilities to be better on average than an NCP car park. If you're using the Underground and want to get into Central London quickly, use the London Bridge station. It's only one change from the Jubilee Line to the Northern Line to get into Oxford Street-Tottenham Court Road. Tower Bridge Station is quicker to get to on foot (about 10 minutes walk), but it's a bit of a walk underground to change from the District Line to the Central Line bewteen the Monument and Bank stations.

I had to deliver some wine and cake to a boat at Butlers Pier and as I was travelling a long way ,I wanted to be sure of parking so booked a 24 hour period. Attendant was very helpful. Beware no right turn into Queen Elisabeth st from south of Tower Bridge

I found this car park very easy to use. I also found it to be very reasonably priced. There could be more onward travel information on hand for the London ignorant like me, maybe some phone numbers for taxi's. Taht aside I had a very good edxperience using this car park. Thank you.

Add says that the attendant meets you and park car for you. no such thing. we didnt know what to do at the door and attendant knew hardly anything about the whole online orders. Still not too bad in the scheme of things and park offers good va;ue for money.

This is the third time we have pre-booked parking at this carpark and have been more than satisfied with the facilities offered. We would have no hesitation in booking again next time we visit London. The attendants have always been very polite and helpful, a credit to the company.

I don't visit London often now and was pleased with the reception I received by the staff. Value for money was excellent. Car park near all amenities only wished I had more time to explore. Have recommended to my friends and can certainly recommend to others.
