Excellent location though a bit tricky to find, basic facilities but good value. Outside congestion zone but convenient for central London and all the nightspots.

Car park is in very good location, outside congestion charge zone, doesn't get packed, always enough parking spaces. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I only visited London for the day and so my opinion is unlikely to be of interest to someone who's looking for long-term parking. Nevertheless, I really can't think of anything to complain about. What I will comment on was the telephone help line. I had to call the company to change my booking and they were very efficient in doing so. Unusual to find such helpful staff these days. In conclusion, I'd certainly recommend this car park to the occasional user.

Safe, clean. There were Porsches and Ferarris parked, so it's safe. Toilets were a bonus, having kids.
