Bit of a pain to find, but got there in the end. Good car park, however I left my booking confirmation code in the hotel and without it they couldn't look up who I was - not even by giving name, address etc. I would have thought in the 21st Century, there would be a computer link. Luckily I found a second copy I had in my car so didn't have to pay again.

Car park is easy to find on the south side of Tower Bridge. Nearest Tube is London Bridge, about 10 mins walk away. Bear in mind that it takes about one hour to get to the car park from leaving the M1 in normal traffic. We got there just before Tower Bridge was raised to let a ship through. If we had been a few minutes later we would have missed the Eurostar from Waterloo.

We had a 3 day stay in London and had been toying with the idea of going by train. When I found this car park was outside the charging zone and so cheap, it made sense to drive instead. We walked to central London down the South Bank, it's safe, car free and with great scenery! Thoroughly recommended.

The Car park was very easy to find and very mordern and felt safe and secure. However to fit my car into the bay areas proved a bit of a challenge but eventually after a bit of too and froing i was in and happy to leave my car there for 2 full days, enjoyed my London holiday returned to collect and happilly drove off with no problems. Well Done!!!

A little difficult to approach (Tom Tom directed us to turn right off Tower Bridge Road, but barriers down centre of road do not allow it). We arrived at approx 11.00am only spaces left were 2/3 inches under water. On our return attendant was friendly & helpfull.

I thought it was a very good value for money experience. I was led to believe you pulled up to the car park and everything else was done for you - this was not the case. You grab a ticket, park your car and then move out, when you come back you pick up the car and then move to the gate. The staff (well one person) there seemed board and very unhappy. Mainly answering questions with a 'grunt' however all in all a good experience. I would definately park here again.

Clean well lit carpark with plenty of space, good attendant who was very helpful answering our questions on tube stations, cashpoints and taxi etc. I had to do a U-Turn just before the bridge as sat-nav said take a right but the centre of the road is blocked by railings to stop right turns.

Arrived early afternoon. Would have struggled to find without Sat Nav (Garmin) - from south there's a "turn left to turn right" to get onto Tooley Street, just before Tower Bridge. Staff cheerful and very helpful. Parking was available right outside office. Car park is in a "safe" area - new office space and apartment blocks; trendy shops and restaurants. Will certainly encourage me to come into town by car more often - sorry Ken!

This car park is close to most main attractions in London, and within close proximity to underground stations. Finding the location was not as difficult as we had expected based on the reviews that we read. The staff was quite friendly and helpful as well. Great value for money overall.

Car park was well worth the money and right by Tower Bridge, so the tube is easily accessible and buses nearby also, and it is a lovely walk up the southbank to all attractions. Would park there again if we had too drive into the centre of London but would ideally park outside to avoid traffic, easy to find with sat nav. All in all 10 out of 10 thumbs up to Butler's Wharf.

Excellent idea to pre book a car park space, gives you piece of mind whilst visiting. We did have difficulty finding it but now we have been there once we would use again. Not particularly clear when entering the car park that you are at the right one, however there is an attendant on the desk that can confirm this. Brilliant location for the Tower of London and the Thames. We parked there for the London Eye and although it is 2 plus miles we easily caught a cab there and back. Beware though, it is very easy to end up in the Congestion Charge Zone if you take a wrong turning!

I highly recommend this parking. It was the cheapest that I could find so close to central London. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever come across in a car park. The parking felt safe and secure. Having read other feedback I was aware that it might be tricky to find approaching from the north side of Tower Bridge, so I really looked out carefully for the signs which could have been difficult to spot otherwise. I would suggest the following directions from the north: On leaving Tower Bridge take the first left hand turn into Queen Elizabeth Street. Immediately turn left into Horselydown Lane. Take the first right into Gainsford Street. Butlers Wharf car park is two blocks along on the right hand side.

If using a sat nav, don't put in gainsford street. Put in tooley street then turn into gainsford street from there. We typed in gaisford street and it took us to a street 20 mins away from the car park.

This car park was great; outside of congestion charge and close to London Bridge. Hard to access from south side of Tower Bridge, so had to turn round at north side and come back. Excellent price and good service.

Although the car park was well away from where we were staying in Kensington it was the cheapest London parking we could find, it was easy to locate and well worth the travel to park the car. Especially as the Hotel were going to charge us £150 to park the car in their own car park for 6 nights. I'd recommend it to anyone. The car park was safe and secure and the staff were nice and the process was easy.

Once managed to turn off Tower Bridge Road it was well signposted and was secure - our car was parked right near the warden's hut; well-priced too!

We left rental car there for 4 days while staying in downtown hotel. Cost and cab fares to and fro were slightly more than what ONE day of parking and congestion fee would have been! Well lit, covered. Best "deal" of our 3 week trip!

We came from the M4, got into London pretty quick but then driving across London to the car park was annoying because of traffic. It's a quality parking place though, found it relatively easily. It's in a nice area so felt secure, plus there was a member of staff there permanently.

The only thing I have to say about Butler's Wharf is be careful on the streets around the carpark... we accidentily turned into the wrong road and ended up with a £50 congestion charge.

I called the car park to find out head room as I was in a Chrysler people carrier. No problem, and the man was most helpful. For a taxi, just walk 100 yards onto Tower Bridge and hail one. Easy, even at 4am Sat morning. Very good value indeed; loads of cameras. Well done!
