It was extremely easy to walk from the car park to the terminal. The whole thing was done and dusted in minutes. It was the first time I'd booked parking in advance and if I am doing the same type of trip again I would certainly use this service.

It was easy to find the only problem we found was the signs were not clear for us to get to the main building to pick up the coach, we ended up going the wrong way and having to cross a couple of roads, but it was an easy place once we knew where everything was and safe for our car.

Directions to car park were clear and leaving the car park after our trip was very easy & straight forward. The chap manning the booth was helpful and cheery. I think we got value for money, in fact it was cheaper than I had expected. We would definitely use again if we were taking a similar trip, and would also recommend to friends.

This was my second visit to the car park, albeit 20 months apart, and again I failed to notice the entrance & drove the wrong way. Is it me? or is it not obvious enough? Parking I found awkward because of the pillars, if one parks the wrong way by a pillar one can't open the car door. Went down in the lift & could not find the coach departure point for joining the ferry.... again! ( Rescued by the courier...again ) Is that not sufficiently clearly marked? Otherwise ...no probs!

Excellent service; very easy to locate on arrival, very close to ferries and, again, simple to exit on return.

No problems at all, very easy to use, no transfers to worry about. The car parking spaces are fairly tight, but ample room in December.

For me it could not have been simpler. Arrive, Park, jump on the coach & make the crossing. Return was the same in reverse and no fuss.

This car park is good value for money and could not be nearer to the ferrys. I would like better signs for pedestrians who are perhaps meeting up with another vehicle on the ground level, but the helpfull staff pointed us in the right direction. After our trip, exiting the car park was very quick and straightforward.

Adequate for day trip - not sure how I would have felt to have left my car for longer - although as said - the staff were very helpful and friendly, so therefore would have been fine.

This is very useful. I wish we had discovered it years ago. The only problem is that when you arrive you are directed to the lift, but there are no signs to tell you which floor to get out. When you arrive on the ground floor you are in the arrivals hall, and there are no signs to tell you how to find the check in desk which is in another building. There were no staff around at all, just three other lost people. In fact, it's probably best to get out at the first floor where you find yourself in the corridor leading to the departure lounge. Don't go to the departure lounge - go in the opposite direction down the escalator or stairs to the check in area. On the return journey it's much easier. The office where you hand in your documents in exchange for a ticket is just next to the exit barrier.

Baggage trolleys would have made transfer much easier. Payment was made very easy by very helpful and pleasant staff.

From reservation on internet to handing in voucher on return, all went smoothly. Only slight difficulty was transfer from visitor centre to Wallace Arnold depot - entirely their concern, nothing to do with Simply Parking. Look forward to using again soon.

I would recommend using this service. It saves time and gave us peace of mind knowing that you have a reserved place in the car park. I thought it was good value for money. I would definitely use this service again.

We did not check in. The signs are not very clear and visible to where you should be going first! It might be good if there are more visible signs or if there is someone that could tell the passengers where to go...

Very good, will use again for trip to Paris (Foot passenger/Calais TGV).

The location of the parking, value for money and ease of booking are the main plus points. Regarding the facilities, which I've scored less than average. The surface, lighting etc of the overfill area is not as high quality as the main car park. Also, the space availability and visibility at the corners where there was two way traffic could be a concern with large vehicles. But, the parking was hassle free and convenient.

Brilliant! - I expected major problems - there were none!

When leaving it was a little bit confusing what was expected ie park at the last machine then go out side and hand booking confirmation over so I think that would help other people a lot.

The barrier attendant was very helpful when we had forgotten to bring our booking reference information. The car park was surprisingly cheap given it's very close location to the ferry terminal.
