Will be even better when the building work is finished and all the lifts are working.

If traveling by ferry as a foot passenger or as a cyclist from Dover then this car park is hard to beat. Someone I met on the ferry moaned that I only paid 40p more than them and they had a 15 minute walk to the port!!

Couldn't find a clear way to get to car park B from the terminal, had to use car park A lifts and walk around A to find the link to B, frustrating at midnight.

Car Park A was just a haze of concrete dust. Perhaps I should make my review after my next visit when, hopefully, all the work will be finished. However, from earlier experiences I found the parking facilities easily accessible by car, the departure lounge easily accessible on foot and the customer service excellent.

Basically the car park was closed so we were asked to park in the staff car park. This was fine but it is in a secure area and it probably took about 15 mins to get out and onto the open road.

when we arrived we headed for the multi-storey car park as instructed on the email. there was clearly some works going on but the email had warned about these and that they would only cause disruption on the weekends, and it was a wednesday. the barrier at the entrance to the multi-storey gave us a ticket and let us in but it soon became clear that we weren't meant to be in there as everything was roped off, there were men working in there, and the few cars we saw were clamped and covered in dust. thankfully the exit barrier was open and we figured out that we were actually meant to park in the open rooftop area next to the multi-storey. once there we saw that it was a pay and display, and there were no instructions about what to do if you had prepaid as we had. i had to go downstairs to the check-in area and ask someone, who gave me a pass to put in the car. I am glad we allowed plenty of time as we wasted a good 15 minutes driving round the multi-storey (as my email also said that pre-booked cars were to park from level 3 upwards) and trying to figure out what we were meant to do. when we came back to the car in the evening, the (very small) signs directing where to park had been moved and put clearly blocking the way into the multi-storey, where they should have been in the morning.

The building work at the multi-storey car park did not help. To be on the safe side and as I was in Dover the day before, I called at the Pass office to find out the parking procedure.A lady at the desk said that parking was a problem and to see how it would work out the following morning. The next morning I parked on the flat roof and went to the office to check if that was ok. Given a hanging parking card for the interior of the car and returned to reception. On return to Dover, people around me didn't know what to do. Some climbed a metal stairway others went across the roadway and entered the building for access to the interior stairway. There was no-one around the car park in the morning nor in the evening nor any clear notices to say what drivers should do. The printed tickets clearly gave the information relevant to an open and functioning multi-storey car park. They clearly have a problem as there is not enough parking space. I can understand if some people in a hurry get a bit angry.

I was perhaps doing this the wrong way around because I came on the ferry from Calais to Dover & parked at Dover not wanting to drive into London. Once off the boat there were no signs to a car park whatsoever; I drove away from the docks and then back again, and then I went round & round & up and down the dock area until I was nearly dizzy; neither my daughter nor myself could see any signage indicating a car park - although we kept catching glimpses of it on our way around, the problem was in finding the entrance; I had only one hour between getting off the boat & my coach departing; in the end a dock worker, seeing my despair, kindly took his car & drove in front of me (saying to his colleague "another one for the car park"). Once I was there it all went very smoothly, the numberplate recognition system worked fine, the price was correct and the National Express coach leaves more or less from the exit to the carpark. Now I know where it is I would definitely use it again but there are so many roads around the docks I think the signposting could be made better, in fact the signs you are supposed to follow say "Exit" not "Multi-Storey Car Park" & they are yellow with a picture of an owl on.

Easy to find and park. The only snag was on leaving our instructions said to go to the manned kiosk, but there wasn't one. Whne we used the help phone they told us to drive up to the barrier and number plate recognition would allow it to open. It didn't so we rang again and they opened it.

My main criticism is that no one explained that the vehicle index number was recorded therefore when we drove out the barrier would open as you approached it. Therefore I was worried whilst was away as others who had just driven into the car park not using this company had received tickets from the barrier but I hadn't. Also i was unable to speak to anyone at 7.30 am on a Saturday as your operators start at 9am which was no good to me when I had arrived at the port. However now i know this I will use this company again.

The only problem we encountered was access to the car park on foot on our return otherwise this is the easiest parking arrangement

The car park was easy to find, you couldn't miss it as you arrived. There were no signs however when reaching the ground floor of the car park telling you where to go for ferry departures, which is crazy considering the only reason you park their is to go to departures and get on a ferry. The car park was generally well lit and safe, although the road surface was in a poor state. The online booking system needs sorting out as it kept telling us there were no available spaces for an 8 hour stay, it would only say there were available parking spaces if we said we were parking for 24 hrs, very strange. Overall good car park, very convenient and great price...would use again.

Our only problem was confusion on entry. The e-mail instruction said 'collect a ticket on entry' when this is not necessary

I pre-booked my parking. On arrival I was a little concerned that I didn't see anyone and was just let in without a ticket or anything. On departure I thought there may be trouble, but I guess they read my registration and just let me out. Otherwise good value for money and close to the ferry. Thanks

Everything went really smoothly. Apart from when I was due to leave. My reg No. wasn't on their system and I had to go down to the customer service desk with my printed receipt and then I was able to leave. Overall a good service, Car was safe and I was happy with the security of the car park. Thanks for a good service Neil

No tickets on entrance to park-pressed help button, assistant said go in and he would see us downstairs-not there-told him we had paid to park for 5 days, information desk told us we didn't need a ticket as our car number plate would be recognised on leaving!-why didn't assistant know this? Not much fun dragging luggage about while we were trying to find out!
