Parking so close to our coach pick up point, saved us loads of time and inconvenience.

My only qualm was the lack of information on how to get the parking ticket validated as paid for, if I had not found the security office I would have ended up paying a full days fee at the machine, but other than that the facility, staff and transfer was superb, thanks.

Easy to book space on internet, easy to find and located next to ferry terminus. Good value and easy exit on return.

Very easy to book on line, accurate paperwork and clear instructions from Simply Parking and a great money saving deal. Not always clear where to park to be close to a lift down to the travel centre, it may pay to ask the man in the hut as you enter at the barrier. When you are parking look out for the location of the lifts from arrivals - it could save you time when you return with your bags and bottles.

Everything was excellent except, having paid cheaper in advance, you have the slight inconvenience of stopping at the pay booth on the way out for details to be checked. People paying at the cash machines get out quicker!

Signposting within the multistorey park is dreadful - e.g. finding section B, having come up the lift in section A directs you in opposite directions, in the wrong direction altogether, I saw no signs at all telling me to take my ticket and drive out, stopping at the hut by the barrier. I spent a while looking for info in the arrival hall.... eventually used the intercom on the pay machine to get help. Foot passengers need to know that the last bus to the ferry leaves half an hour before the ferry departs...

I found simplyparking.co.uk most helpful with booking and its great that you can pay in advance and not have to worry about it on your return. There are staff there 24 hours a day, we had a ticket jam in the exit barrier machine at 3.30am and someone was there to clear this within 5 mins.

So pleased I used this car park - it was quite painless and very much cheaper than I expected.

Easy to find, easy to use and book. Reliable and close to Dover port. Have used several times, no problems, good savings over cost if just arrived and paid.

Remember your floor parking and try and park near the stairs as it makes it easier when carrying bags. Pre-pay and book on the internet as it easy to do.

An ideal parking arrangement if you're travelling as a foot passenger or need somewhere to park if going as a passenger in somone else's car. Great service and a good price.

This was my first time at Dover parking and the experience was one I would repeat and look forward to again. If only airport parking was this easy.

Very convenient - halved my journey time compared to using the coach. Car park was well lit - felt safe to be walking around with suitcase. There seemed to be a regular security/police patrol which is reassuring. The only problem was on return. The signage to lifts/access points is not good, and we seemed to have to walk almost to checkin before following a route that seemed to go back on ourselves to the lifts. Carpark B is particularly poorly signed. The instructions are to present booking form to warden before leaving. It was extremely difficult to find the man who is located beyond the no stopping signs!!! When I did find him, he was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use the service again. It is both cost and time effective. Thank you.
