Turned up at the gate about 5mins before time and no problems getting in. Lots of spaces around in the car park, this may have been due to the time of night but was easy to park. Leaving the car park was easy, straight up to the barrier and it opened no problems. Very good value for money and I will definitely use again.

Car park itself was fine. Convenient for our planned trip taking bikes across the Channel on a car ferry. Booking very straightforward. One less thing to worry about.

The system worked reasonably well -the entry barrier did not recognise my number plate as I expected but the help button assured me that if I took a ticket it would be Ok and it was. I left without having to pay again to my relief!

The car park was very close to ferry terminal where we joined our bus tour to Paris.Very secure and safe.The man at the gate when we returned very friendly and helpfull,Entering the car park was very easy .

we were a group of 8 and used the car park for a long weekend as we were taking cycles to Dunkerque. The entry area was fine for removing the overhead bikes before going up the ramp. Clean, safe and secure - good value, and would use it again. Note that the cafe prices in the terminal were pretty silly though - but hardly a big problem.

Automated vehicle recognition parking system easy to use, no need to look for attendants etc. 2 lifts available to ground floor for easy access to arrivals and departure lounges.

I had no problems with number plate recognition on entry and exit although it took a while to register. As noted by other users the parking spaces are tight. All in all I'd recommend it. Nice easy process from booking to parking.

i think you should tell customers not to follow sat-nav at port as it tells you to go to the left and round the back instead of going to the right and up the ramp

5th time I'd used the on-site multi-storey at Dover. Ver convenient for port. Only criticism is very tight parking spaces making getting in and out quite awkward.

Multi-storey is alongside the ticket office and a brief walk from the ferry's boarding point. It's ideal if you are joining a coach party at the docks, as we did.

Very good day on the ferry on foot and not having to worry about the car as you knew it was in a safe place

From the reminder email to the final car pickup I found the experience very good and I intend booking again within the next couple of weeks. I find it very convenient. Far better than bus, train or taxi.

Value for money cannot be disputed. However unfortunately the experience on arrival was very fraught and potentially very stressful. This was because my car was not recognized by the barrier systam in the first instance. Someone behind me at the barrier said that there was no pre-booking at the car park. He looked like he worked there. I then tryed the phone outside for car park assistance and got no response. I then went into the main docks Reception. The woman I saw did not think the booking reference I had was valid and it took some minutes for her to find out that it was. She then said that it had not been processes properly and to her credit then sorted everything out so that when I left the car park in the evening my car was recognised by the barrier. I did not see any staff in the car park at any stage and the woman is reception was not car park staff. My girlfriend did not enjoy the experience either as by the time I finally got parked we did not have a lot of time left before the ferry departed and this did affect her enjoyment of the day in Calais.

The multi storey carpark was right on the edge of the eastern docks. Booking was easy and straight forward. Number late recognition worked fine and booking in and bus transport was spot on. Would gladly use again.

The first time I booked through the tour company and I had to use the entrance/exit intercom. The last three times when I booked the parking myself - all was very satisfactory. The time before last car park A was under repair/maintenance but we managed. The car was covered in fine dust but it soon washed off in th rain. No complaints and I will be booking again shortly. I like the reminder email.

The Dover car park offered me the ability to park my Car for two weeks to allow me to join a bus with my bike for onward journey to France. I was able to park, access and leave without any problems and only needed to travel a short distance to the Bus/Coach terminal. The only difficulty I found was that I could only find stairs down to the ground floor which was not the best for carrying a heavily loaded bike down but I found an amply sized lift on my return.

Missed the car park first time round due to poor signposting, number plate recognition didnt work entering or exiting the car park, other than that no problems

Booking the carpark beforehand made it easy on the day to arrive and just leave the car without having to worry about finding money for the meter. The entry and exit barrier opened without problem on arrival and departure. Would book in advance again.
