Car park easy to enter and exit. You don't have to leave car keys which we prefer. Transport is frequent and friendly. No complaints.

My overall experience was positive. Bus to collect and drop us off was prompt. We only waited a minute or two. I would use this service again!

Really not much to say, its very close to airpot, bus every 10 minutes to and from terminal, a female bus driver was very irregont, we said good morning when we got on the bus but she ignored us, again nothing to do with car park but she just made the day bad.

Have used this service before and again excellect facility. Will be using again, very smooth no problems.

Although I was well satisfied with the service the telephone no for Edinburgh Long stay car parking that was advised was unavailable.

As a first time user I was relieved that the procedure was quite uncomplicated. Finding a parking space was unchallenging and the bus service was first class. All in all a first class service

Since visiting from the last time, signs for rows and areas have been removed so difficult to find where you have left your car ??

Transfer service was excellent. I had to contact staff to obtain entry and exit, which was not a problem, as I had my booking details to hand on both occasions. I would recommend that users have their booking reference handy. The staff were very helpful and polite and the delay was minimal. I would use this service again.

This was ideally situated close to the airport and good value for money. There was some confusion as we left the car park but this was cleared within minutes by the staff available for advice on the intercom.

Easily accesible and close to the airport with a regular bus transfer which takes 5 mins. max.

As car number plates are recognised this made arrival an easy procedure. Regular buses to the terminal, which is only a few minutes away, and drop off right outside departures/arrivals also make it all easy and stress-free as is leaving the car park.

booking online was simple (I am not computer friendly!!) and although I was a little worried about returning and getting stuck at the exit gate, the ticket went in the machine no bother and I was immediately on my way home. A very efficient service and worth the money.

Slow pick up from the airport though, all others transfers had gone before ours. Very cold night.

On attempting departure,despite having pre-paid for parking, my ticket was rejected at the barrier,and 45GBP requested! On contacting the "control centre" however the "problem" was promptly resolved, and I exited without further difficulty. Despite this I would certainly use this facility again, and would hope not to encounter a similar frustration in the future.

The car parking was simple to book, entry to car park easy, parking easy, safe and secure. Transfers were so regular. The lighting in the car park was good. Security is good and was very noticeable on checking out of the car park. I have used this car park on many occasions and will continue to do so as I am a currently a frequent flier. Top marks all round!

For someone who's not familiar with the airport the parking was hassle free. Booked on line no fuss would defo use again!
