simple to park with regular transfers, easy to find amongst all other car parks as i have parked in the wrong one before now!

Good overall. The bus in the morning was very busy; many skiers with lots of bags and skis, perhaps an extra bus could be allocated at times like this before ski flights. Bus on way back was OK

good value for money. Close to airport. Service bus every 10 mins. It was on time there and back Needs to be better signposted. Man on the gate room was very rude and unhelpful when I told him I'd lost the ticket. Wouldn't look up his system to check that I was booked in. I had to search the car in the dark and pouring rain to try find ticket. Eventually after he made me wait 10 mins he finally looked up his system and verified I'd book in

The parking was great but my big thing was the direction.....my voucher said "long term" and the airport said "long stay" which left me confused if I was at the right one. I didn't want to park at the wrong one so I called and the girl kept reading(3 times, a bit annoying) me the email with the directions. I explained I was looking at the email but still wasn't sure if i was at the right spot. There wasn't a clear way to verify before I went through if i was at the right spot. Maybe a little map with the email would be helpful.

Friendly and welcoming staff, nice to be welcomed home and a nice touch when the attendant uses your name, not something you expect in a carpark!!!

I always use long term parking, when I travel either on business or pleasure, I know my car will be safe and secure, easy to find and not parked like a sardine like other car parks.

Easy to use since you keep you own keys and park where you want. Helpful staff and service was quick. Frequent bus service to Airport terminal and good having the stance outside the building.Would use it again.

As a disable driver, i was aloud to leave my car outside of your office.Also i had to disconect the battery, just in case it felled to start on the return flight.your bus driver waited patiently untill i had finished, also on the return, your driver recognized us, and knew exactly where our car was, and told us to stay seated untill he reached the office. marks from one to ten (100) off to Australia next Oct-Nov, Look out for my e-mail you will definitely see that i have booked with you again. Easily booked on line. Paper work completed efficiently. Felt cost was a bit high for 3 days. No hassles Easily located, if you know it is the yellow Long Stay Car park sign to follow.

Better signage to car park would make it easy. When in a hurry can be very confusing without proper signage. Road name was not marked or I could not see it.

At the start and end of a holiday the last thing you want is to worry about the car parking. No worries with this parking at Edinburgh. Very close to terminal building, buses run regularly, buses are clean, staff efficient, service excellent. We have used this carpark before and will use again when flying from Edinburgh.

I like to use this parking service partly because there are so many signs and junctions approaching the airport terminal and I now know exactly where to go and arrival and exit. I like to park my own car - so long as you take a careful note of where you have left it then it's a fast, easy system. You can be out again within 5 minutes.

The post code given on the website is different from the location of the carpark. After finding the correct car park everything went smoothly.

I have used LTP as I said several times now and have always found them excellent and efficient. The buses run regularly and I have never had to wait more than 5/6 minutes for a bus either to the airport or from it. Putting the car in and getting it out is dine with the least effort.

There are concerns these days about leaving your keys so this service is ideal and very close to the airport. Every thing ran very well. You can leave your card in the car so no chance of loosing it - just make a note of which section you parked in as it is quite big.

parking was easy to find. clean parking area and the transfer was very promt.

Where do i start....here goes 1. Signposting is horrendous even sat nav details are incorrect. 2. Many other long stay parks in the area, very confusing. 3. Was full when i got there, was moved to the new short stay multi storey next to the airport terminal, no security at all. 4. Worried about my pride and joy for 2 weeks, although i do think there was cctv on each level. 5. Spaces very small. 6. Would never use Edinburgh airport again, for a capital city its an embarressment.
