Felt at ease leaving car and this helped alleviate the stress of the other concerns of flying and holiday. Good to come back to own space (car) so easily and go simply straight home.

entry/exit to and from the car park was very quick. However, my reference number was not recognised by your computer system which was a concern.

The parking facilities were excellent and so convenient for Edinburgh airport. The shuttle service to and from was quick and easy and I would definately use this facility agail. Well done.

I paid £33.10 for seven days parking. It was only slightly more expensive than some of the other car parks. What appealed to me most was that other car parks insisted on them retaining my car keys. At NCP this was not the case. This was the deciding factor for me.

I noted that my car was parked in C blue on arrival and also the relevant bus stop/shelter. On return, in the dark it was difficult to identify the bus stop/shelter and where the car was parked. Also, on leaving the car park, the payment office is inadequately signposted and there is also inadequate temporary parking in the vicinity of the office.I had to leave the queue as I was blocking the exit of another car.

I regularly use the car park but find that the buses are not weel signed which often confuses travellers. On this occasion had to wait over 10 minutes for the bus to arrive at the airport.

It is easy to use, the bus link to the air terminal is frequent and reliable and if booked in advance it is very competitive with the other car parks.

The process was very smooth and professional. One change needs to be made, that being the NCP car park thate you drive past first on the approach to the airport needs to be claearly identified as NOT being the long stay carpark. It is extremely confusing for first time visitors, as the sign also states NCP. Paul Clark.

Although the parking area is vast you dont have to walk far to the nearest transfer bus stop. Drop off couldn't be nearer the check in desks.

Got parking space opposite the bus stop, had to wait 5 minutes for bus, on the way back bus was waiting though it was pretty full and I had to stand but only takes a few minutes. Validation of ticket quick, staff very polite and used my name.

The car park is very close to the terminal although not walking distance. The buses are every 5-10 mins and take about 5 mins to the terminal. Staff pleasant and helpful.

I use this car park because, although not always the cheapest at Edinburgh airport, it's easy to find and the transfers run very efficiently. [Just remember where you've parked. When it's really busy in the summer months you don't want to be searching for your car!]

Very convenient for airport with regular transfers and bus stop near to terminal. Good value.

Access from car park area into office area to clear prepaid booking awkward. Leaving office area and negotiating exit to the barrier section even worse, especially after dark !!!

some way of recording/remembering where you parked would help, i always have to wander around looking for my car. My fault I know but tired after travelling it's easy to forget. Also better signage to say where to get the transfer bus from arrivals: NCP Long Stay at Edinbrgh has a different pick-up place from all other car parks [though it is more convenient than all others, unless like me you walk to the expected area and have to walk back again.....I know...I am stupid.....]

I was happy to be leaving my car with the NCP crew at Edinburgh airport. One down side to the parking though, was actually finding the correct parking lot. It isn't clearly marked. Many people have obviously done what we did. To get directions to our car park we had to ask at the NCP Scotpark (perfectly visible). I thought it was a bit ridiculous that when we asked, they gave us a photocopied slip with written directions. Why don't they just put up clear signs?????? Beats me. 7/10

Car park could be made more secure.The transfer coach ran to time.Staff need to cheer up!

Have used this car park before and found it very easy to locate and is well supplied by coaches every 5/10 minutes taking only a few minutes to to travel to terminal building. Staff also very helpful on leaving..

Paid online - instructions for exiting clearly displayed at bus stop. Had to stop to get ticket validated - nice friendly staff - took seconds. From parking to walking to bus stop/shelter - bus was in sight - quick journey. Bus waiting at airport when I arrived back. No problems whatsoever - speedy and prompt service - will definitely use again.

Everything went according to plan.Will use same car park if flying from Edinburgh again.
