Simple and easy, bus back from airport got a bit cramped. Bus was full leaving airport but stops at the carpark stops and picks people up with more luggage. Got a bit fraught trying to get cases off of the racks when the bus passageway was full of people and more luggage.

The trip on arrival was fine (early on a Sunday morning). However, on our return, the bus was crowded, and at every stop within the car park there was considerable delay in (a) allowing people off the bus, and (b) getting new passengers on to the bus going to the terminal. This was probably due to a failed exit door on the bus. Furthermore, when leaving the car park, there was no visible sign showing where to go to authenticate the ticket allowing egress. When I eventually found the portakabin, the staff there were perfectly helpful; it was just that I had to take pot luck to drive round another building to find the portakabin at all.

Went for a weekend break. Booked carpark on-line a few days previously. Got the cheapest deal at time. Parked car, jumped onto bus which dropped us off at Terminal door. Same applied on route home. Walked out of Terminal and onto waiting bus which goes straight to carpark. No messing, no fuss. Great service. Will recommend it to everyone.

I have used NCP Long Term Edinburgh many times now and have generally found it to be very good. However, this latest visit, going OUT from the car park the dirver seemed to stop and chat to someone for ages and many passengers were upset at this and someone suggested to get a move on as we had flights to catch - the driver (unnecessarily) took offence and asked who was the joker in the bus then suggested he would drive in first gear (!!) this was amazingly poor customer service and one passenger was overheard asking himself "if this is the state of aviation in the UK, it's a joke". The return ride was no hassle at all.

Booking online was easy. While I was out of the country, I felt that my car was in good hands and, if anything did happen (which I doubt}, I feel the staff at NCP would have been most happy to help. I get this from the helpful, friendly way they assisted us to get our car back and to exit the car park. The bus service was great and the driver was polite and very helpful. As we had 4 suitcases, we needed a bit of extra time to get on/off the bus and it seemed that he didn't mind waiting for us to get sorted. I hope these comments help and thanks for the great service.

All in all a very good experience. We will definitely use this service again. Only con was the signage for the car park was not very clear especially as this is the first time we have used Edinburgh Airport however we will know where to go in future. Transfers were very good, maximum time we had to wait for the bus was 5 minutes. Price was very good but definitely advisable to book online rather than turn up and pay for it on the day. All in all a good experience and will definitely recommend to others!

Although coaches run every 10 minutes, if it's a busy period, you are not guaranteed to board the first, or even second bus. This was our experience. Luckily we had allowed plenty of time for checkin. On our return, driver allowed people to stand in bus aisle with luggage, blocking the exit, and making it very difficult to retreive our luggage from the racks, to leave the bus. Will never use this park again!

We didn't take time to note where our car was parked. When the shuttle bus took us back to the car park it used a different entrance than we had used on arrival so we were totally disorientated and couldn't find our car. It was our own fault for not noting down where we had parked!

Car park easily found as well signposted. I managed to park near a bus stop but you could be a bit away. Going to the airport the bus was crowded and it was very awkward manoevering a case onto and once in the bus. Frequent service though. Exit staff very nice. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience and would use the car park again.

Our return journey took longer than it should have due to the amount of luggage people were bringing onboard, the driver allowed people to board even although the bus was full, as a result as people were trying to get off at one stop other people were trying to get on with even more luggage, it was absolutely chaotic. What should have been a five minute journey seemed to take forever. That is the only thing that would put me off using this facility again.

The location is simply unbeatable - right at the airport with a very swift transfer bus to take us to the terminal. Installing a simple direction sign for returning customers to find the portacabin to have their exit ticket validated would help. Other than that, perfect!

On return I took the bus to the wrong car park. Yes I should have read the ticket and gone to the correct bus stop. It would be helpful to make it clear that there is more than one NCP long term car park and differentiate them more clearly. Also it is only a short walk to the Hilton where we were staying but there is no adequate footpath and crossing the road was EXTREMELY hazardous.

It was easy to book and the price was comparable with other sites. NCP has a good name and I've left my car here before. We got on the wrong NCP bus coming back and the driver was less than helpful, grunting out a reply. I appreciate that this was our mistake, but hey! a smile costs nothing. This was more than compensated for by the friendly cheery office staff. Well done guys!

The only negative point I would highlight is the size of the coaches used for transfers. On both the outward and return journey, the coach was extremely crowded with other passengers being left at the pick up points. Perhaps larger capacity or "bendy" buses would be better, or up the frequency of pick-ups.

This was a great deal. It would have cost us at least twice as much if we had parked on the day. The car park was the normal long stay with very frequent buses right to and from the airport - which was lucky as it was pouring down rain when we arrived at Edinburgh.

The car park is close to the airport which means the transfer by coach does not take long. It can however be difficult to load and unload the cases from the coach as there are people standing in front of the luggage compartment, also the driver does not help, which would be useful.

Very poor system for pick up at car park. We stood with many others as bus after bus arrived at our stop already comletely full. We then dragged our luggage the length of the car park to the first stop and successfully boarded a bus - total chaos! Cases and bags in the aisle and people trying to force themselves into an already full bus. Never again.

I return home to find one of my tyres was rather soft, but flat. I asked if I could get some air from the garage next to the office, apparently this garage didn't possess an airline. Or was simply a case of the idle man behind the counter being too lazy!!

Very Happy with the Parking Facilities, Transfer Service to Terminal was excellent. Only fly in the ointment was that the free phone in the Arrivals Hall was not very apparent. But the bus was waiting outside. In summary, good service, no complaints really. Will use again if passing thru Edinburgh.

Departure ok. Unsure where to pick up coach transfer as there is more than one NCP carpark which picks up in different locations. If parked near last bus stop on drop off all previous stops picking up people and luggage so difficult to get off with your own luggage! Better with separate coach for inward/outward bound passengers.
