We arrived home early in the morning and as this was our first time using this car park we were not totally clear where to get the bus. My husband went to phone; while he was away the driver came round to stance 20 and took us to the bus. That meant me dashing to find my husband. I would use this service again as I feel that I would have a better idea next time.

There was absolute chaos both when we tried to board the coach on our outward journey (people would not move down due to aisles being blocked with luggage yet there was plenty of space at back of bus) and on the return leg when people trying to get off almost came to blows with people pushing to get on after having waited twice as long as the delay period advertised.

Do not use this service if you have children or more than hand luggage the transfer buses are overcrowded and do not run to the agreed 5-10 minutes interval ,we waited 15 mins at airport to then be unable to use the bus as it was full before we got to it.we waited for the next bus and again were unable to get on due to inconsiderate users therefore we had to walk with 3 small children and luggage as this ended up being quicker , i personally would never park here again and use an off airport site that provided its own reliable transport.

Directions from A8 ambiguous - a sign saying NCP Long-Term would have helped enormously as there seemed to be various long-term car parks and we didn't know which one was ours. Otherwise the experience was fine and the coach transfer was very prompt.

Arrived 1/2 an hour early 5.30 am parked the car and within 2 minutes there was a coach there, 5 mins you were in the airport. Coming back was just as good, came out the airport and the coach was there - a great efficient service. Just what you need after a long day travelling.

No problems with our parking. maybe only suggestion being having a phone at the stands to let the driver know that someone is there - i dont know if he is busy all the time but it would save him having to drive round every stand. But otherwise no problems and happy with my experience. Thanks.

Close to the airport and very good price with advance purchase. Arrived the day after the Glasgow Airport bombing when all the Scottish airports were chaotic, but the car park was functioning well. Downside was the return journey late at night, when it seemed the bus to the NCP car park took forever to arrive, while all the other car park buses came and went. But got there in the end and it is a worthwhile service which I have used before.

It was appalling from start to finish - no signs at the collection bay to say bus collection had moved - no buses - no staff around to help, no knowledge in airport about how the NCP system worked, person at collection point was rude - argumentative - didnt have any knowledge whatsoever, cabin was dirty grimey - an absolute disaster - never again will we use NCP.

NCP cycle two courtesy buses; one had a problem on the outward flight journey from the car park to the terminal. On the way back (one week later) the bus broke down completely; mayhem on the bus as everyone packed in; then the driver (rude ignorant toad) would not open the front doors to let me get my heavy cases off. I had to struggle thro' the crowd to the middle doors - not good when you have a sore back! Altogether forgettable experience; I'll vote with my wallet and won't be back.

Arrived at the car park with no problems (directions were spot on), emptied the cases from the car and headed to bus stop 4 where there was a bus waiting and was at the airport in about 3 minutes. On coming home at 01.30 there was a bus waiting, which took us back to the car. On leaving the car park I got my ticket validated in the portacabin near the exit. Great value and service - will definitely use again.

coach transfer was a nightmare. difficult to lift case onto bus then find somewhere to store without blocking passageway. too little storage space for the no of seats on bus. no help from driver. would not use this carpark again unless I had a small bag and no children.

The directions on the site are not great if you didn't know the area you would be going into the 1st long stay car park instead of carrying on to the correct car park. However great value for money and very close to airport. Transfers very well timed, large bus great for the luggage.

carpark staff were extremely helpful. directions given with booking were confusing. ended up in wrong car park (scotpark). staff allowed us to park there as it was the same company. this saved a lot of hassle in having to find the correct car park. many thanks to the staff involved.

Although given comprehansive instructions on how to find the car park it proved difficult due to many other car parks having "Long Stay" signs therefore not sure I was in the right one. Difficult to locate Customer services and when I did the girl on the desk was not very pleasant or helpful. No clear instruction how to exit as would not have known that i had to go into Customer Services before the ticket machine would not accept my card - be more useful to have either a system for contacting Customer Services at each bus stop or more personel around to help with queries. On the positive side, a great service to and from the airport, stops located well throughout the carpark and easy to locate the section the car was parked in.

Car park is very near to the aiport, less than 5 minutes from pick-up to the airport. The drop off/pick up point for the bus is right outside the departure terminal door. I missed a turning to the car park as it wasn't on the main sign-post at one of the roundabouts but a small sign was posted further up the road.

On arrival back into Edinburgh Airport, not easy to locate correct bus stance-sign says to go to bus stance 6 for Edinburgh Park & Fly, but in fact bus driver stopped directly outside international arrivals, and bus did not pass stance 6.Fortunately,we were exiting from terminal and bus was waiting just outside.This could cause confusion, but in the event we had no problem whatsoever.

After reading reports of slightly cheaper long term parking and realising that cars have been damaged in these other car parks we decided to use NCP Long Term because we parked the car and took the keys with us. The transfers were frequent and the bus drivers extremely helpful. We would definitely use this car park again.

This was convenient and close to the air port. The only issue was on return - identifying which car park I was supposed to return to as their names are all similar. The signs for the correct coach stop are completely contradictory and eventually after trailing up and down looking for coach stop 17 - didnt exist and coach stop 20 (not next to stop 19 but confusingly right at the front of the building where we had been dropped off) - my advise would be take 5 mins to find correct to save yourself trailing up an ddown the coach stops as myself and about 10 others did

The only thing I would say as an negative is on return bus that picked us up was very busy and quite stressful with pushing and shoving (2 planes came in at the same time) Why not have 2 buses waiting at peak times otherwise I have no grip to bear.
