I found the car park very easy to find,it didnt take long to park and get to the airport and paid for it verry quickly on return, although when we arrivedat the airport on the return journey it was very cold and windy and the shelter where we were to get the bus back was very open and didnt give us much protection from the cold.

when you arrive off the bypass road the ncp car park is clearly posted at the roundabout. Spaces were always readily available, buses within minutes and I was able to hand over my payment ticket at the end and it only took literally a minute. cant fault it I use this car park any time i travel to the airport with my car

It wasn't the very cheapest but it's hard to fault NCP Long Term in terms of facilities or transfers. More transfer coaches and a car park even closer to the terminal would of course be nice but both are already very good by general airport longterm parking standards.

the directions were a bit ambiguous, as there was a ncp car park prior to the one we had to use.Could do with some decent signs.Other than that all was well.

It was unfortunate that I left my map light on the result was a flat battery on my return the staff were very helpful and sympathetic in obtaining help for me

The only thing that happens at Aberdeen Airpark is that our luggage is put on the bus which is a great help.

Could not find our car on way back as we did not write it down. (2 weeks is a long time to rembember and with the excitement of going on holiday , we just fogot where we parked the car.0 Maybe you should remind people when booking to write down location in car park on their ticket. I certainly will!!

on our arrival very impressed bus was there waiting, no hold ups. On our return journey the bus driver picked up people from the bus stops in the parking area, jam packed the bus, with the result that people on their return could not get off, and had to move many suitcases to get their luggage before they could get off. Many people commented it would have been better to let all return travellers off then go round again to collect others going away on their journey.

No complaints. The coach transfer on our return was very busy but it is the peak time for travel so not unexpected.

After phoning NCP for directions to the car park, I found my way with no problem. (maybe deirections on the website would be a good idea?) However, the signage with regards to pre-paid tickets leaves something to be desired! I spent a good few (valuable) minutes searching for some indication as to how to pay. On my return, it was almost impossible to find the "customer services office" to have my ticket validated. Only by chance did I happen to find it - stuck in a corner of the car park, with minimal signage. Although fairly annoying, this was the only complaint I had about the parking facilities.

I would suggest more notices,so you can find your car easier when you come home from holiday.When leaving on holiday one tends to be in a rush and of course you forget exactly where your car is.Its a very large car park and we were not the only ones searching for our vehicle.

The car park is easy to locate very near the airport and pick up buses are very reliable no matter what time your travelling, i would use it every time.

It is convenient and close for airport travel. Checking out at the end was painless and the staff were friendly.

This car park is perfect as only ten minutes from parking to arriving right at the door of the terminal. We were lucky that the bus came just as we unpacked the car, but they seemed very punctual and regular. Bus was busy on way back so try to sit near the front!!

Book only a few hours before departure but all went very smoothly. Very frequent transfers and close to airport.Very reasonable cost also.

Directions to the car park were confusing. We drove past it three times looking for a dedicated gate and did not realise that we had to go through the normal barriers and take a ticket as they instruction received did not include this piece of information. We had a considerable distance to walk from the car to the bus pick up point as the car park was almost full.

There were good spaces in the car park and we had to wait very little time for a bus. On return the member of staff was friendly and quick in checking us out. Good experience overall.

Very near airport with frequent shuttle to stand right outside terminal. I wonder whether the pricing could be a little more competitive - but then the car park is always almost full!

Quick transfers to and from the airport, but parking bays are not marked well. Take careful note of exactly where you park and the bus stop number or you will have a lot of problems finding your car again. Only used because my usual car park was fully booked.

the only problem I had was finding a parking space but otherwise no problems whatsoever. Will definately use again.
