My car was filthy when it was returned back to us. Eazy Park Meet & Greet really let themselves down.

As we have child it was always a faf getting the mini buses to the airport from off site parking, so this was a great solution, for great value. Drop off was excellent, could not fault it, guy was there to meet us when we arrived and we were straight into the airport. Pickup was late a night (11:30) and someone else using the service called just before us, presume there was only 1 driver working as we saw him drop thier car and then came for ours, so we had to wait about 15-20 mins, but still no buses and car at the door so SSSSSSOOOOOOOO much easier. Will definatley use again.

It's difficult to calculate when you are 20 mins away from the airport which can lead to parking issues in the drop off area if you have to wait more than 5 minutes. Again on collection it takes 3 minutes to exit the airport once your baggaage has been collected yet a 20 minute wait ensues. Fortunately I had good weather and didn't mind the wait however this could be different story if it was cold and wet adn would influence whether I used your service in the future.

paperwork not in place but valets very friendly and apologetic for lack of correct paperwork - might put some people off but guess I am very easy going so very acceptable. As stated on booking did not have to wait very long for collecton or delivery would certainly recommend this company. Car very clean when collected so must have been kept reasonably sheltered.

My flight terminal details where unknown to the driver. My registration had been written down incorrectly resulting in the driver remaining stood next to us for 5 minutes not realising the car he was lookin for was net to him. This despite only 1 digit being different whilst the make and colour were correct. On return the wrong car was delivered to us. On closer inspection back home there is a chunk missing from the wing mirror which I cannot confirm the cause of. All in all a good price but less than perfect. I would appreciate a complimentary service fro my next trip which if all goes well I would then continue to use your service. I depart in Septmber for 1 week. Regards Neil McDowell

staff late to pick up car. had to wait 20 mins despite phoning them in advance. staff just shrugged shoulders. on return took 10 mins to answer phone, staff very abrupt on phone, told to wait 20 mins. after 20 mins rang again, staff abrupt. told car on its way, staff hung up. car arrived 40 mins late. driver shrugged again.

When I phoned to arrange drop-off, staff told me they didn't have my booking on the system. They did however meet me at the airport and all was OK. But when I returned later in week, I had to wait a long time for the car, because I was told that the date for my return was shown as a few days later. The staff member who met me with the car was very helpful and courteous. But sometimes those answering the phone are not as courteous or as helpful as they might be, and the mishandling of my reservation has made me wary of using the service again - unless you can assure me this was a 'blip'.

Good value for money. Would highly recommend using them and I would consider using them again. The only minor criticism, if there was one to be found, is that I was not able to get through on the number they provided immediately. The idea is you have to keep trying if you cannot get through first time. Not really a big problem as you do get through if you do keep trying. Just would have been nice to get through straightaway but as already said this is only a very minor criticism. This should not detract anything from the overall excellent service.

On arrival my car taken at the agreed time, I had taken it through a car wash so it was clean. When I returned I called and was told to wait 20/30 minute, not what I call meet or greet. After 40 minutes I called again to be told they would get my car out next, when I complained I was shouted at in an aggressive manner, "Just Wait". After 55 minutes it arrived, the mats were all dirty and the wheel arches were covered in mud. The driver was not prepared to hear my comlplaint and walked off. Waste of time , never use them again even if they were cheap.

We contacted the number 20 mins prior to arrival to the airport only to get the response "your late!" when I explained that the instruction was to ring 20 mins prior they just argued we gave time so that the time we should be at the airport for! What if there was traffic problems or if we got there early? I thought that's why you call them when u are 20 mins away. This then continued when 2 men came in person. This was not the best start to our holiday. They were very unprofessional and will not use eazipark again.

I was actually running about 45 min past my pre-booked arrival time at Terminal 3. Knowing i was running late I rang ahead and notifed the guys of my delay. We agreed on a new approximate arrival time which would run in line with my late start and they fitted it in with the rest of there bookings. On arriving at the terminal the pick up was there approximately 5 minuites after. By now I was in a big rush to catch the flight, so I got my bags and hastely transferred the car over to the driver. Once into the airport building I realised I had left my wallet in the car!!!! I quickly rang the EazyPark man and he let me know that I was not to worry and he would get the driver to swing back around and bring the car back to T3. The Driver was back with my car in about 5 min, I got my wallet and was off again. On my return the service was also very promt and I was able to keep to my tight schedule. I have already booked to use the service with these people again on my next trip.

Outward journey meet and greet worked well although I have a few reservations phoning whilst on the motorway 20 min to arrival. Inward journey I thought the wait for the car was longer than It should have been, It took 20min after my call for the car to arrive, wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't such a draughty cold place to wait. The 2miles should at best take only 10 min's However I will use again just hope it's warmer weather next time.

My expereince was excellent from booking on line less than 12 hours, reaching the airport and returning back to the UK. Can't praise the service enough even when I gave the wrong terminal upon my return they were curteous and helpful. The whole experience took away a lot of stress associated with parking at the airport, shuttle buses etc. I will be using this service again and have lready recommended it to all my friends and family.

I booked online to be met at airport at 5.30am and received a confirmation email and booking ref. I telephoned as required at 5.15am to say I would be there at 5.35am. Initally there was no answer. On my third attempt the phone was answered and I was told there was no trace of my booking even though I quoted my ref no. and that the earliest I could be met was 6am. I therefore had to wait in the early morning with a young child for 25mins at the drop off zone as directed. The man who met me was there at 6am and apologetic. He had no official paperwork and I had to sign a handwritten scrap of paper and hand my car over. I was meeting a group of friends with children at the airport who were very upset that I was half an hour late meeting them and they were unable to check in without me! The return journey was less traumatic and my car was waiting for me. I have used your service on a number of occasions but was very dissapointed with my experience on this occasion,,
