For most people, going on holiday is a 'once a year' experience, and so, everything about the airport, say, is completely 'new' - we don't know where everything is. For people using it regularly (such as operators like yourselves), the 'departure door 2' is well known - but to holidaymakers, that's not so. Perhaps more detail could be provided as to where to go both at the start and end of the holiday. On going out, the 'Head for departures, and go over the second bump in the road' could be qualified by the fact that 'you will be very close to Departure Door 2' and 'Departure door 2', for example, on coming home, could be 'go upstairs to the departure gates, and you'll find sliding door 2 as the furthest from the top of the moving staircase - in fact, where your car was picked up by us at the beginning of the holiday - just give us a wave as we arrive and we'll know it's you'. It's not a criticism of you, specifically, it's just the way that things that are 'familiar' to 'regulars' are not to 'one offs' - and a little more 'help' would put customers' minds at ease that they are 'at the right place'

This was our first experience with a ' meet & greet' service and would definitely recommend. For us it was cheaper than a taxi to the airport and our car was delivered within 5 mins of contacting on arrival back in Manchester. A service well worth the charge and will recommend.

When wanting to drop the car off at the airport, I rang repeatedly across a 15-minute period. Probably called 12-15 times. Went to voicemail every time. Unhelpfully, the voicemail said not to text or leave voicemails, but to call back! During this time, I also rang the general office number. This was also permanently on voicemail/not being answered. Gave up calling and sent them text explaining that if they didn't call me within 5 minutes I would be parking in long stay and billing them. Hey presto, I received a call back almost immediately. Funny how that happened... From there, everything went smoothly. Fairly smooth on the way back too, although I again had to call 3-4 times to get through. On the strength of unresponsiveness on the phone, I couldn't risk using these guys again. Sorry...

What a super super service. They picked our car up and dropped it back off within 5 minutes of arranged time. Will be using them again. 110% service.

our drop off went without delay , but our pick up was delayed due low numbers of staff

Good value, have used service before, without any problems, would use agin.

Just one idea please take video off web site as we followed this and ended up in wrong pick up place. I would also suggest that when you drop off departing passengers and pick up returning passengers that you make it clear that pick up will be at same place as drop off and not at arrivals area, when busy telephone calls are not always clear about this. Other than that and now I know I would use meet and greet again.

From using this service for the first time the booking process was easy to use. Then when we called to arrange the drop off the directions were very clear. When we returned the service was as easy to follow and the car was returned within minutes of my call.

A Terrific Service and great value for money. We waited only 5 minutes for collection and delivery of our car and were greeted with a smile and welcome on both our journeys. The Car was perfect and the service remarkable. Highly recommended. We will definately be using again. Many thanks and well done.

we were meet seconds after we pulled up at the airport the driver was very friendly and courteous ,he explained in detail what to do on our return ,on return we again were met within seconds of arrival the car was in the same condition as we left it ,i would recommend eazy park to anyone and shall be using it again myself

Made our whole holiday so much easier and stress free . Helpful Parking staff were there very quickly on our departure and arrival.

The return leg took much longer than other services used. Had to wait 10minutes outside terminal.

the man was waiting for us to drop the car off,and prompt return of the car. the man could have helped me with my suitcase on my return as i was a lone woman travelling with a disabled child

Driver was at departure terminal when I arrived, very courteous & efficient. On arriving back into Manchester airport I had to wait approximately one minute for my car to be delivered back to me. I cannot fault the service and for the amount that it cost, it was well worth the money.

Excellent service. We dropped off our car right at front door of the airport, only actually driving through the front doors would have got us nearer to check in!!! When we returned, the driver was with us within 5 minutes of us going though customs. Very friendly staff, would certainly use again. Well done, great value for money also.
