By the farth most inexpensive valet parking I have used reliable, punctual actually took the mileage and did a walk around the car prior to signing for it Only drawback was despite having filled the details online when we contacted them initially they had no detail of what times our flights were and return date so had to go through it all again which was frustrating

The outbound drop off part of the process went very smoothly and it was early hours of the morning so no complaints. On the return journey we landed at 2.30pm called the mobile number and it was engaged.... Permanently.. There were no other contact numbers so I searched Google and found an office number which went to voicemail and I tried emailing them as well as texting and got no reply. I made approximately 60 attempts to get through and then was contemplating calling the police when I decided to try the Airport Help Desk. I did not expect them to be able to help as it was an outside service however I wasn't the first visit of the day and she informed me there was a note on their website saying the phones were down and we just had to keep trying. I checked their website and the note said phones were down until Wednesday 16th 4pm this was now Saturday 21st. It took an hour and 45 minutes of two of us constantly dialling to finally get through. Then there was not even a mention of their issues or an apology... With a 5 month old and a 2 year old this completely defeated the object of why we picked the service. I onloy live 10 miles away and could have walked home in the time it took to get through... NEVER AGAIN.........And the tip we had set aside for them went on a bottle of wine for us...

The guys that picked up / returned my car were excellent; prompt, polite and professional. I will definately be using them again as it is a hell of a lot cheaper than gettin taxi's to / from the airport... and a lot easier too!

Having booked a last minute getaway to Portugal I checked out prices for Manchester Airport Parking. £99 for 1 week!!! After rooting around on Google I came across Meet & Greet. Checked out the reviews and prices and decided to book. The booking was easy, they were waiting for us at the airport, checked my car for scrapes/scratches etc, clocked mileage and confirmed what mileage would be on our return. On return waiting for us at midnight with a smile and perfect car and mileage! Fabulous service that I will now use every time. AND I SAVED £60!!!

This is just the best idea & service ever. Drove straight up to departure drop off where we were immediately met by a driver who checked over our car and away we went on our trip. When we arrived back we rang and walked outside to be met with our car. Would 100% recommend these. And it was actually cheaper than a park & ride/transfer service so happy travellers all round. Will definitely be using you again

I never complete these things and am hard to please. The service was amazing, efficient, reliable etc etc. They explained what to do, where to go and where to drop off and collect. Far cheaper than parking on site and far quicker. Would never park on site again. Oh and they used 10 mikes so i guess it was parked 5 miles away. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a time saving service, arrived at the Terminal to be greeted right away.On return collected car immediately at same location. For a few extra pounds, well worth the cost.

Best price I could find for meet and greet. On arrival we were greeted immediately by the representative meaning no delay. As we exited the airport upon our return the car was arriving at our meeting point. Cannot fault the service and would thoroughly recommend. Will definitely use again(subject to cost!!)

we booked at 11:30pm the night before, and rang up 5 mins from terminal 2 at manchester. the collection guy didnt have it on his job sheet due to our late booking but was there within 4/5 minutes of us arriving. on return, by the time we had got to the agreed meeting point, he was there too - car pristine have already recommended and will be using again and again - a new name added to my phone boo anyway!

Upon arrival at Manchester we only had to wait a few minutes until someone came to collect the car. Upon our return the car arrived as we were approaching the pick up point. Excellent service and will use again.

Arrived at drop off point, and by the time we had got out of the car and luggage , the pick up Driver was there. On our return, when we phoned they said they would be with us in 10min, by the time we got from arrivals to meeting point it was less than 5min, great.

Not the best service I've ever had but was the cheapest. Probably wouldnt book with them again, 20mins late when we were departing even though we had phoned 20 mins before arriving at the airport. Wasnt impressed with the guy who turned up to take our car, looked like he was on drugs or something. Returning to collect the car was fine they were there on time, but the car looked like it had been parked in a field. When we got home one of the tyres had an egg on it, whether it was cause of them we cant prove, but they were quite new tyres and my partner knows every scratch and mark on his car !

The radio station had been changed and the back seat had been moved back? Should this have been done to our car in our absence- mileage wasn't recorded by us?

When I arrived to drop my car the chap was very helpful ensuring I understood what happens on my return to manchester regarding picking my car up. I did have to wait a little longer than I was advised when i called to collect the car.
