Usually bus arrives in minutes,however this time we waited between 15 and 20 minutes for the bus. the buses that came where all jet parks buses..our bus driver apologised for the delay and said it was due to the staff change over..

No faffing about.Simple and efficient. If you follow these simple basic tips, you will be transferred and driving home within 20 minutes of passing customs:- On arrival to the car park, Note the car park area you use (colour coded),your nearest bus stop number (the one that is nearest to your car) and the number of the bus you use for transfer, finally, keep your entry/exit coin safe. Bus number 1 for long stay terminal 3 car park, bus stop number 10 in the red zone in our case. On return, use the same number bus,driver drops off as requested, enter entry/exit coin, drive home. Happy holidays.

Very easy service especially if you have kids. Close to airport with regular and efficient bus service door to door. Straight in and out in minutes. Close to terminal so easy access back onto motorway.

The car park was easy to find following the directions given. The transfer was prompt and drivers very helpful. Would definitely use this service again.

I like the little counter system for entry and exit. But the route to the exit is not signed clearly enough from the interior. And it's not always clear what direction the traffic flow is in each file.

Although pre booked the barrier did not recognise the registration plate so take your booking ref. Staff friendly on intercom and let us in.The exit signs are too small and need to be illuminated, confusing especially at night. Would use again.

The customer service was phenomenal. Booking was straight forward and easy. To sum up this was a a fantastic, safe and convenient airport car park.

Good size car park in close proximity to terminal 1, Can't comment on the staff as never actually saw anyone. It is necessary to use the transfer bus on your return because you are unable to get your car anywhere close to pick up your other party members from arrivals. Overall I would say it was easy to find and good value parking.
