The directions given at the time of booking were clear and easy to follow. When we arrived at the carpark the bus was waiting to take us to the airport. On our return we called the number and by the time we got to the pick up point the bus was there. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee - which was no bad thing. We used Newcastle Bellair Parking last year and had no hesitation booking again for this year. We wouldn't use any other car park now.

This is the 1st time I have used this facility and found it easy to find good lighting and the cars not parked to close together and the staff exellent and very helpful.The transfer nice and short and no waiting about after the holiday.I would definatley use this again.

we were slightly late on arrival due to a r t a on the A1 but we booked in and were straight on the mini bus to the airport only concern was they drop you off to far away from the door and nowhere near the trollys older ones with big cases had difficulty getting to the terminal

This is the second time I have used this car park I think it is excellent value and would recomend it to anyone the staff are very helpful the only fault is the phone which is along way from the pickup point. I will be using it again in August and December.

using this service could not be more simple book on line turn up leave your car in safe hands go on holiday and foget it untill you return where it will be waiting, for you dont no if they offer a car wash service but would be a good idea see you in october .

Within minutes of arriving at Bellair, we were transported to Newcasle airport. On return to Newcastle I phoned the designated phone number and by the time we reached the pick-up-point the mini-bus to return to Bellair was waiting for us. Absolutely 1st class.

Convenient, simple and straightforward. However no-one checked my identity on my return, so I suppose That I could have been a bogus holiday maker and driven off in someone elses car. A bit more security required at this stage....but tired travellers can be a grumpy lot!

Not particularly friendly and dumped in a car park some distance from the terminal building. I think I will use Park and Fly next time - more pleasant and drop off at the terminal. I will still avoid the main airport car park as the bus drivers have been particularly surly and it is so big that it can be a long wait before you are collected or dropped off.

The distance from the baggage hall to the courtesay phone is a fair way. Could not the courtesay phone be place closer to the normal point of requirement. A shelter at the pickup point would help keep clients dry while awaiting the bus. Otherwise an efficient service was offered.

I've used the service twice, both times without any problems at all. The car park was easy to find, the service was efficient and the minibus to and from the airport was fast with hardly any wait. Definitely recommended and I would use them again.

Arrived at Newcastle and phoned carpark for coach -it arrived 2 minutes later and our car was waiting for us upon arrival at Bellair Parking. Superb service at a reasonable price. Definitely use their carpark again.

Bellair was EASY to find, directions were spot on - clear and precise. The service from beginning to end was excellent and such a simple process. Book and pay on-line, arrive, leave the car, transfer to airport and off on holiday. Phone on return, transfer to parking lot and your car is ready and waiting. As long as you phone from the airport on your return, which takes seconds, you do nothing but collect your waiting car. Excellent service. Thank you.

Have to cross the road with luggage to get to pick up point and there is no shelter to stand in. Used to be more convenient when they picked up at the far end of the airport terminal on same side of road.

Easy to find with good directions. Speedy transfer.

Excellent service. All has been from Bellair Parking and it is such a short transfer. The only drawback is that you cannot be dropped off outside the departure building, on a cold, wet day finding a trolley and then back to the car park when you have toddlers in buggies and numerous cases makes it a real chore.

The service provided was exactly what offered and expected. Would use Bellair Parking again.

We had never used this car park before. I would certainly recommend to my friends, as it was so easy to just leave the car somewhere safe and just pick it up on return. This experience was so simple and hassle-free, I will always use this car park in future.
