Only negative point is the fact that there is no external shelter at drop off/pick up point, which is some 100-150m from terminal. If you have to wait a few minutes for the pick up bus to arrive, and it's raining heavy, you could end up with a damp finish to your holiday.

The car park is very easy to find, and on both outward and return journeys a bus was sitting waiting to transfer us to and from the airport. On return our car was sitting ready at the exit. We were at the car park and on our way within 10 minutes of leaving the airport.

I was welcomed by name as soon as I went to reception to drop my keys off, very quick service to the transfer bus. We were at the airport checking in within about 10 minutes from handing my car over. I would recommend this car park and would use it again.

my only complaint being im disabled with very poor walking ability with you not being able to drop off or collect from the door i found it very difficult other wise the sevice was very good the next time i fly i will have to concider a company that can drop off at the door

The people who took us to and from the airport couldnot have been more friendly or helpful. We were delayed 26 hours coming back and they did not charge us any more. Our car battery did not want to start when they got our car for us but they sorted it all out for us so we could just drive away when we arrived. They were all brilliant and we were very grateful for the fabulous service and wouldn't hesitate to leave our car there again.

We telephoned the office as advised on arrival. We were curtly told that the bus would pick us up where it dropped us off.! We spent 15 minutes pushing a heavy trolley around trying to find it and by the time we did find it we missed the bus and had to wait for the next one.If it were not for the courtesy of the car park attendant in Newcastle airport we would still have been looking for the pick up point. Clearer advice should be given when dropping us off so that we know where to return to on arrival.

Our scheduled flight time was severely delayed by 26 hours but Bellair Parking responded to this change immediately, picking us up very promptly and with a friendly smile. And Bellair Parking made no extra charge for the extra day. We were exhausted and therefore delighted by Bellair Parking response to our situation. An excellent service, which is strongly recommended. We would use no one else; Bellair Parking is first class.

It made a nice start to our holiday by just driving to the car park,checking in took no more than 2 minutes and then we were transferred to the airport. Nothing could have been smoother and we had the added peace of mind that the car was parked safely and securely whilst we were away. On our return the transfer from the airport to car park was equally as prompt with our vehicle being ready to be loaded with cases and just driven away. No time delays (in parking anyway)and with friendly, helpful staff to assist there's no alternative for us but to leave it to Bellair as the service levels have been more than satisfactory for us on numerous occassions in the last two years. This made for a good start to the holiday and was the perfect finish!

Having always parked in Airport Parking we were delighted with the welcome, interest and friendliness from the Bellair staff. We were transported instantly to the airport, on return, picked up even quicker, believe me it is true and dropped right at our car parked for us facing the out gate. Much better than having to trundle down to the airport's vast carpark, fish your key from your luggage find your dusty car and see no one on duty. We will do it again with Bellair Parking and are spreading the word about the superior service.

I was expected on arrival at the Car Park and welcomed by name. The service was very friendly and efficient and I was confident that my car was in safe hands. The only minor difficulty has been caused by the Airport. They have changed the traffic flows and and now prevent the transfer buses from dropping off or picking up near to the airport doors. This will be more inconvenient in bad weather.

My stroppy 14 year old son left his glasses in the rear pocket of the car and didn't let us know until we were in the airport. I rang Bellair using the courtesy phone and they came straight back for me. I found the glasses and they took me again to the airport. An excellent service that takes the stress out of travelling. Thank you!

I have never flown from Newcastle before and chose Bellair on the strength of the reviews posted here, even though it was not the cheapest option. The choice proved a good one, as the car park was easy to find, staff were highly efficient and informative and the transfer to the airport was only a matter of minutes. The return experience was similarly slick. Good service and good value - I recommend Bellair.

We were expected at 4:00 a.m. with staff ready to handle us, the log in process was very very quick and within minutes we were on the way to the Newcastle Airport (5 minutes away). On returning a free phone from the airport had the courtesy bus there for us in minutes and our car all ready for us to load up and drive away. Would highly recommend them.

No hassle or fuss with parking. Just left the car at reception and then it was ready to be picked up when we got to the airport. The best part was that our flight back got delayed by 22 hours and Bellair were very sympathetic when we got back. They said that it wasn't our fault we got delayed and there was no extra charge for the extra days parking. Really nice people and a quality service. Thanks.

When booking off site parking rather than on site parking, one of the deciding factors, was that we would be dropped off at the airport door, rather than having to 'lug' our cases from the car park. As the drop off and collection point is not at the door, but in the car park, I felt I gained no advantage by using Bellair, and would simply park in the car park on a return visit, or use the Park and Ride service, that deposits passengers at the door.

Great service and location near Newcastle airport, and very fast and easy drop off and pick up with free phone from airport. Looked as though the car had been kept undercover but was ready on the forecourt to drive away as soon as we collected. Very efficient - will use again.

really good value would have been excellent except for old man in porta cabin really abrupt and not very pleasant either he does not like working at night or is too old to be working a little pleasantness would go a long way this was our first time and we were not sure of how to go on he did not help matters

Have used both on and off site car parking at Newcastle but this took less time and was much less hassle. There was no hanging around for the transfer - I was straight on the bus and off to the terminal - at very inconveneient times of the morning (and night upon my return). Even though it was during the period when the flights were affected by terror attacks - service was not impacted in any way. Would highly recommend Bellair parking company.

The telephone was at the opposite end of the airport to the arrivals point. The pick up and drop off point was outside in the car park. If raining (which it was) you will get wet whilst waiting or walking to the airport, through the car park and up a ramp. However there was not long to wait and the bus was clean

I would like to say we returned from holiday 8 days early owing to a bereavment in the family. we expected to wait for our car but it was there waiting for us .we where very grateful for so prompt action so avoiding more stress for my family and I.Thankyou J.P.Malia
