Finding the telephone to summon the coach when you return from holiday NOT easy.Better direction s needed e.g floor plan of airport showing where phone is.Collecting the car - not enough space between cars to easily manoeuvre luggage alongside fellow travellers also using your facility.

The pick up service was excellent even though I was 12 hours late due to a flight cancellation. At least the car parking was hassle free! Andrea - Co Durham

Arived later than expected, no waiting around cases were transportrd onto bus and taken to airport.On return weather was cold and snowing. Bus was already at airport and car waiting. Very efficent would recommend. Staff very helpful and professional. Will use again.

Amended my car details online as I had bought a new car, when I arrived at the carpark the details had not been changed on their computer, even though it had been done 5 days earlier!

Stress free parking,quick and easy transfers both ways and pleasant staff. Free phone located as far from the arrivals doors as possible meaning a long walk with luggage only drawback but very annoying.

We were very happy with this parking experience. The car park is well located and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful and transfers were made quickly and with minimum of fuss. Everything was run efficiently and I will certainly use this service again and recommend it to others. Most important of all, it was good value compared with other parking services.

Without wishing to over elaborate, it was the the best airport car parking experience i have had at any uk airport. Absolutely first class.The staff members who met us,drove us to and from the airport were without exeption, polite ,courteous,friendly very helpful and what is seldom found in this day and age they were enjoying the job!A credit to themselves and their employers. First class all round and we will be back. THANK YOU.

Easy to book, easy to find. Friendly, courteous service. The free phone is a long way from the International arrivals, and you then have to double back to find the transfer coach. Overall though, the service is excellent and I will certainly use it again.

A very good service all round. Very easy to find and extremely quick transfers in a fairly new mini-bus all done by friendly staff. Also very safe, my car was left unlocked by mistake as they got a wee bit confused by the security system but it was all safe anyway.

signposting poor....name had changed since I booked and no info passed to me! Staff chaotic and disorganised......will recommend people not to use this company EVER! Exceedingly poor value for money ....my neighbour used the Travel Inn and this was a much better deal

Car park easy to find an located "next door" to airport. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pick ups were quick with no hanging around, however, pick up point was in the airport car park rather than at front door - not a major hassle as only waiting a matter of a couple of minutes. Courtesy phone saved trying to remember number etc. although was located at other end of airport for international travellers. Most importantly the car appeared to have been looked after well rather than being shunted around.

Couldn't fault the service we received. Phoned them on our return and by the time we had walked to the pick up point they were waiting for us! Only bad point is that the phone was hard to find because it was on the back side of a post but we just asked someone where it was. There is no shelter if it was raining you would get wet whilst waiting. But to be fair they didn't make us wait at all.

I used the Airparks service for the first time in January and was very happy with the ease and convenience of the arrangement. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the return journey when we were collected from the airport, in our car and our way home within 45 minutes of our flight landing!

The phone could have been at the same end as the collection point instead of the opposite of the terminal. Although three planes arrived at thesame time he tsaff were very efficient

The main problem was with the open site for the pick up point. Fortunately it was a fine night, but in bad weather it would be a yery cold spot, especially after a week or more in the sunshine. Also an extra phone near the international arrival end would be more convenient

There is only 1 courtesy phone in the airport at the domestic arrivals. If you come in from International you have to walk to the other end of the airport to phone the transfer bus and then right back across the airport again to where the transfer bus parks. According to the bus driver this is restriction created by the airport not the parking company.

I was very impressed from the point of booking (I made a mistake with the date originally and this was put right for me very efficiently) right the way through. The office staff were very helpful and efficient and the pick up service was immediate. I would certainly use this facility again. Thank you.

Signing in was quick and easy, transport to airport was waiting. Set down point is not outside terminal entrance but a short walk away with a road to cross. Driver waved vaguely at terminal and said use courtesy phone on return. On return did not know where courtesy phone was and airport information desk did not know either! Found it because we saw someone else using it. Transport waiting but again had to walk through the rain to pick up point. No shelter at pick up point. have had better parking experiences.

Arriving early (1hr) to the carpark wasn't a problem and neither was arrving back to Newcastle approx 4hrs late in the middle of the night. Minibus was there to meet us to take us back to the carpark no probs, with our car & keys waiting. Would use again. Many thanks.

when checking car in. the employee wasnt particulaly friendly when he told me that he didnt want any other keys apart from the car key but i supose he must get sick of telling people.
